“The food was good as usual. I am not a fan of the new mets, however, as they seem to be smaller than the Hotdogs. I will say that over the years, the skyline has always had good food, but the price is less than to be desired. This is why, unfortunately, we eat chili dogs at home usually as you can usually get 2 to 3 times the amount of food compared to in resturaunt. I was also shocked when our bill came out to be more than what we would spend at a restaurant such as Olive Garden.“

“I usually love this location as it's really close to my home and I've always been given great customer service and great food. But today upon paying, the employee was extremely rude. She seemed to be having a bad day and taking it out on customers. When taking my money she slammed the drive thru window and gave my son and I a horrible look. Then when she handed me the food, she aggressively shoved it and walked away. I understand people have bad days but taking it out on customers isn't the answer.“

“I love Arby's Beef 'n Cheddar sandwiches and when they have the deals. However, on Jan. 6 and tonight, Feb. 11th, 2020, going through drive thru, my Arby's Gift Card for order wouldn't go through. I used it just fine in Dec. 2019. I went to the store to see the Day manager on 1/7 and all registers, including drive thru, showed my balance. Tomorrow, I will be going in again for this! It must be when there's an order and when swiped, some glitch! I have a balance, which even the night manager tonight was shown that receipt from 1/7. This is ridiculous. Never had these gift card problems before. My son, who was getting my orders, both times, and assured him for tonight, the card would work, is out of money! Usually 5 stars.“

“I've only been through the drive-thru at this location. The food is usually good but the service is slow. However, I do get an apology for the slow service.Another thing that is kinda bothersome is the parking lot. It's just too small and tight.“

“Had lunch here today and my order was perfect. Melissa and her team are always professional and they run a pretty clean restaurant. I had a med turkey sub and I ordered and paid for it online. When I arrived everything was ready. Melissa went the extra mile and gave me two pickles like I always get, even though I didn't ask for it. We will be back.“

“Being retired we have done the romantic dinners with flowers and candle light, so this was just a fun change of pace. The staff went all out to ensure that our evening was enjoyable. From being greeted at the door and being shown to our table to the red and pink tablecloths the ambiance was just right for these two seniors date night.“

“So good. We were on vacation from Florida and stopped here for a quick bite because we don’t have any Sonic’s down there. We had the soft pretzels which were so fresh and just amazing. The rest of our food was the same way- it was hot and you could tell it was just made. I liked that we could add different flavors and things to our sodas too. Service was very quick for all the food we ordered. Friendly staff as well. Thank you!“

“We live closer to the Main Street Taco Bell and their service and food quality is SO bad we go out of our way to come to this location. The staff is always super nice and regardless if we go through the drive thru or DoorDash, the food is always fire. The quesadillas are always cooked through and toasty and the tacos are stuffed. You guys rock.“

“I've read some reviews and as long as you give a store 5* they tell thank you for being a fan but if you give 1* they just tell you to give them more ways to help fix the problem but no one seems to fix the problem sounds like most restaurants nowadays not a good way to deal with the issues at hand I've had bad experiences at a lot of restaurants and the problem is employees don't care their pay went up while the quality went down ???? not good at all“

“I don't know the boys name. But he took my order today and he was the sweetest boy. He was very patient with my big order and he held a good conversation. He was very nice and I don't see many drive-thru workers take the time out of their day to have a decent conversation with someone. I pray that he gets rewarded and the recognition he deserves.“

“Customer service is great. Very great crew on the west side of Hamilton. I waited awhile for my order one day they even thought of the dogs and brought them a cup of cream. They have been very kind on numerous of occasions. Ty crew at McDonald's.“
