“We were at a soccer tournament and needing to order for about 30 people. I called and spoke to Caleb, he was great. He advised to order online but when I had such trouble with the web site, I called back and placed my order over the phone with him. They had my 10 large pizzas ready to go and were super friendly. “The food was delicious at Donatos. I recently went vegetarian and their veggie pizza is delicious. The desert bread is good and well glazed. You will leave full and satisfied. The service is fast and they are nice. The ambiance is warm and friendly, and it's a very welcoming environment. We got this meal to go and they forgot the drink, but they were quick to respond and gave us a refund for the drink. I highly recommend this spot if you want an amazing pizza!“

“Came into Pizza Hut tonight after driving back from the Reds game, right around the time when most places were either closed or closing. Their dining room was open and Mike took care of us. The service he provided for us was exceptional. And the food was hot and fresh.“

“I honestly have had quick amazing service at this location. The pizza has been good and the cheese sticks also a hit. Our in laws have noticed that this is a lot better than other chains.

One thing I do want to comment on is the ownership of this franchise. I had one negative experience and they always send a survey after an order and Sara reached out and wanted to make things right. It wasn’t some random email account or number to call. It was her who answered when I was ready to redeem the offer and they gave my family and I free pizza on our next order which tasted amazing as before. This act will be what keeps me coming back because it shows that they care!“
