“Hubby & I just had lunch here a bit ago. We've never eaten here before. We shared a steak hoagie with onions, mushrooms, pickles and cheese. We got the parmesan bites and an order of fries. Absolutely delicious food! We had water to drink so our bill was only $21. Delicious food at a reasonable price! I highly recommend Richards“

“I have never been to this location, I ordered a medium pizza ahead of time around 9 AM for a 12 PM pickup. I arrived at 11:54 AMAnd my pizza was almost ready. There was a woman working with lots of tattoos and she provided a VERY pleasant customer service experience from the pick-up window and I was on my way by 11:57!!“

“I love this pizza and the breadsticks. I used to eat here a lot but the manager would leave you waiting at the counter for ten to twenty minutes without service. He would see me and not bother helping or acknowledging me. I liked when Mark worked. He was always kind and helpful. I finally stopped going because I never knew whether I would be helped or not. I went in a couple of days ago with my son and Mark was working. He was kind and pleasant like in the past. Too bad the other person wasn’t as helpful. I really love the food. If Mark is working I will stop and eat. If the manager is working, I will keep on walking. Not sure how he keeps his job.“

“Best pizza in the Cincinnati area! We drive a good 20 minutes, not including traffic just to go here. I will go here before anywhere else. Everyone has their favorite style of pizza, but if this is your kind, then Raymond's is the place. As far as comparing pizza, they're what LaRosa's used to be, but better! Fresh ingredients and superior sauce! We always get the Grandpa's Combo and get bacon in place of the green peppers. Pizza is always very hot. I recommend letting it sit for a good 5 minutes at least maybe 10 as this lets it cool, allowing the sauce to settle - so much more flavor if you wait and it will still have a good crispy crust and not be soggy. Raymond, the owner, is almost always here making pizza or out in front. Love this place. Good vibes! Great place to watch football.“

“We ate at Caruso’s for the first time July 3, 2024. My wife and I thought our meals were 5 star, delicious! She had the Chicken Marsala and I had the Rigatoni Rustica. We love being able to order through Grubhub and not sorry about the pizza coming cold and hard as it does with other pizza places due to the wait time. Sbarro always makes sure to time it right!“

“I am so disappointed and embarrassed. I had family coming from out of state. 3 hours before they arrived we ordered a cheese pizza and grape walnut salad for our vegetarian family. We went to pick up the pizza 3 hours later. When we got back with the pizza,we found that it was a pepperoni pizza. The salad was not grape walnut, but it was topped with bacon. It was too late to switch out due to the fact that they were already waiting on dinner! So disappointed! I cannot reccomend them any more.“

“I was here on Halloween night. One of the BUSIEST night of the year for the restaurant industry. I have to say the employees that were working do NOT get paid enough. I can’t get over how rude the customers were to these amazing employees. I don’t think I would have handled the pressure you all were on as well you guys did. They truly were handling this best that they could.

I want to sincerely apologize on behalf of the human population who clearly has not worked in the service industry before. You employees deserved better that night. I hope that management treats you to a nice dinner or something.“

Vegetarian options: Design your own or the Ultimate Veggie is solid. The salads are plentiful and dressing options are great! They will not dissappoint!

The store seemed very well staffed and seemed to be a great atmosphere. Jet's Pizza is phenomenal. The deep crust is light and airy and the ingredients are top class IMO. They make a tasty pizza!
