Tyler you are a great person and I can’t express how much you just saved our butts! Thank you soooooo much!!!! Fiancé now being punished by watching me eat the rest of the pizza by myself.“

“The pizza at Old Scratch is amazing. The crust is delicious with a perfect char without being burnt. The toppings are simple, yet unique and full of flavor. All that being said...we actually come here even more for the sides. The roasted cauliflower is so good. It's soft, but not too soft and the romesco sauce is delicious. I like the crust on its own but my wife loves to dip the crust in whatever sauce is leftover from the cauliflower. They also have unique special sides like the deconstructed fried green tomatoes that we had this visit. This was an amazing textural experience with the hot tomatoes, crunchy topping and then the cold marscapone cheese. Service is always great. You may wait a little longer than other places and if you order to go the estimated times seem to always be wrong. We typically wait longer than the estimated time, but if you plan for that, it's well worth the wait. Dine in if you want to try some of their delicious drinks. My favorite is the angry beekeeper but I like to add bacon to mine.“

“Alot of kids running around banging into people, saw no parents with them. It was bad. First visit here loved their food, had senior discount, NO FREE REFILLS ON DRINKS. REFILLS WERE FULL PRICE, WONDER HOW THEY DO THAT WITH PARTIES? NEVER HEARD OF PLACE, WE WERE DRIVING BY AND STOPPED IN.“

“You can tell a lot about a place by how they treat people right before closing, and Papa’s Pizza Palace absolutely passed that test for us. We showed up about 10 minutes before they closed and honestly almost turned around because we didn’t want to be those last-minute customers keeping everyone there late. We felt bad even walking in that close to closing time, but the blonde girl working up front immediately made us feel welcome. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Not once did she seem annoyed or rushed, which honestly surprised us because a lot of places would have made us feel like a burden for coming in so late. She took our order with a smile, answered a couple questions we had, and genuinely acted happy to help us. That kind of customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days, especially late at night when employees are probably exhausted and ready to go home. It really stood out to us and completely changed what could have been an awkward experience into a really positive one. The owners should be proud to have someone like her working there because she represented the business so well and made such a great impression on us. And the pizza itself was amazing. Fresh, hot, loaded with toppings, and honestly some of the best pizza we’ve had in a long time. You could tell they still cared about the quality even right before closing. We actually drove about 30 minutes to try this place after winning a gift certificate, and after this experience, we’d gladly make that drive again even without one. Between the great food and the genuinely kind customer service, Papa’s Pizza Palace definitely earned repeat customers out of us. Places that still treat people this well deserve recognition, and we’ll absolutely be back.“

“Ordered a mushroom steak and pretzel sticks, im definitely outside of there delivery area. Place my order and they were quite busy so I told them no rush I do know I’m outside your area . Was expecting hour or maybe two wait . Not 30 minutes later my food is here and it’s so hot I can hardly eat it . ( I love my food super hot right out of the oven ) those pretzel sticks are life changing . Great place to eat . Do not skip out on the pizza either it’s our family favorite“

“Love this place! Food is great and the service is even better. Our pizza was caught in the oven making a few slices damaged, the manager brought out the pizza so we didn’t have to wait longer to eat but also made a smaller pizza to compensate for the damage. The service is top level here!“

“Been going to Marion's since I was a kid, I now have a 24 year old daughter and she requested Marion's since she is in town for school work. I've never left a review here, just never thought to, but when they give you a free small because of a slightly mess up pizza (toppings slid on edge piece on transfer to box) still delicious, I have to. Still find myself craving it 35 years later. Keep up the great work.“

“Come with family, come on a date, or come by yourself the food is so good! I have tries mamy pasta dishes and I am happy to say I have loved them all. The Drunken Shrimp is my favorite pasta dish that has a nice kick and tons of flavor. The Linguine Bolognese is so good, the Shrimp Scampi is light and tasty, and even the classic Spaghetti and Meatballs is good. I have not personally had the pizza but my mom raves about it. She customizes her pizza each time or orders the special and has never been disappointed with what she gets. She also recommends the espresso martinis. Great food, lovely place, great service and a must try for the area. I promise you won't be disappointed and order the choclate mousse for dessert.“

“Hubby & I just had lunch here a bit ago. We've never eaten here before. We shared a steak hoagie with onions, mushrooms, pickles and cheese. We got the parmesan bites and an order of fries. Absolutely delicious food! We had water to drink so our bill was only $21. Delicious food at a reasonable price! I highly recommend Richards“

“OMG! This place was amazing, the staff was very nice and friendly. It was also clean, and quick. We got our pizza in around 10 minutes or so. And let me tell you this was one of the best pizzas we’ve ever eaten. Their chicken pizzas are amazing and so is their deluxe pizza. Can’t wait to come back to try a different pizza!“

“I placed a pick up order for the $3 personal pizza special they do on Tuesdays. When I arrived, there were people waiting already. I was greeted with a smile, even though it seemed they were very busy & behind. They got orders out quickly, however mine was taking longer than usual. In the mean time, the workers made a point to update me multiple times, and each time they had a positive attitude throughout this overwhelming rush. It takes a lot to not let such difficult customers, and a rush to not change your attitude (mind you, 30 minutes before they close). Shoutout everybody who worked closing shift Tuesday 6/17 🙏.“

“Love the newly remodeled Verity Pkwy location. It looks much more inviting and clean inside. The bathroom was clean as well. The food was delish! I love the Vic's Big Cheese with green olives. It is the best! The staff was super nice and helpful, which made our visit more pleasant. I do also like the new drive thru. It is so convenient.

Parking: Parking is limited and a bit awkward.“

“A friend of mine lives in the area so I stop at this jet's Pizza 3 times a week. The food's always hot fresh delicious pizza if you haven't tried it you should! The employees are great. $7.50 gets you a 20 oz soda many different varieties to choose from and two slices of pizza. It's a great deal“

“Our Sunday School class met at Doubledays for lunch on 2/21/24 for our monthly luncheon and to celebrate a members 93rd birthday. There were 29 of us and we were accommodated so nicely. Patrick waited on us and he did an absolute wonderful job. Our food was delivered timely and it was so great. Thank you Patrick and staff for a job well done.“

The prices are very reasonable and the servings are better than most places for the price. Never disappointed at this place!! It doesn't open until 4pm but worth the wait.“

“Delivery and carryout only. No dine in. They ran a special for the grand opening of a 4 corner 1 topping pizza which I got for $4.44. The regular price is $11.99 and it's not on the app or the menu. I feel $11.99 is too high for a small pizza. Each ingredient added is $1.79 I believe. After 3 attempts at ordering this pizza and having to into the store to do so I am not very likely to do it again. It shouldn't be that difficult to order. Why don't they put everything on the app? After work I'm tired and I just want to go grab it. Not go into the store to order then wait for it. They have not given me napkins either. You can't get the app discounts when you order in the store either. The pizza is pretty good though.“

“We came in as a couple, hoping for a quiet corner, but it was fairly busy and had a guitarist playing outdoors. The inside was fairly empty, though, so we took the furthest booth. There was only 1 table with someone at it but they were a few tables away. We had the Triple Double pizza with mushrooms and an order of cheese sticks. All very good!
My experiences with Milano's as a dine-in customer vs a delivery driver are like night and day. I always have good service and great food as a customer. This is the 4th time I have eaten at a Milano's with my dining companion for today. 2 of those 4 times, they've made our pizza incorrectly but, both times, they made us a new pizza and let us keep the mistake to nosh on while we waited; which is really nice of them. We had no issues today. Our server, Destiny, was very nice and accommodating. The music was able to be enjoyed from inside, as well, away from the crowd, so that was also lovely.“

“I was going to give them one star.Because the driver set my food down on the wet ground in the rain directly outside my door so I couldn't even open my door. i'm in a wheelchair and could not get my food outside of my door. I had to call someone to get it for me. I was obviously pretty upset and called the store. I was able to speak to the gm, Ryan to express my concerns about the delivery and how the driver just left my food. I was going to tip the driver cash but he didn't get a tip because of how he left the food on the ground and just left quickly. I paid with a credit card and I don't know if he thought he was not going to get a tip because of it , but he really screwed himself out of a cash tip. After speaking to ryan , I did not ask for a credit or for anything at all. However, he offered me a credit on my account for my next order.Which I appreciate greatly. While the delivery was not very good , I am very satisfied with the way ryan handled the situation. I never have a complaint about the quality of food from the location. The way Ryan handled my call and complaint gives them four stars instead of the one star that I was going to leave. I appreciate you Ryan.“
