“I've ordered several times from Jet's. The pizza is pretty good. Not great, but good. They did put on extra sauce, but not really that much extra. Sauce is bland. Toppings were fine. Crust was completely cooked but a little chewy. I got the hand-tossed crust; the thick crust is better, but it is a lot of bread.

The trouble is the long time for delivery. Admittedly, the website said, 75-80 minutes; I just didn't notice. It took 70, so you can say they did better; but that's just a long time for delivery. The store is 1.5 miles away. Driver was apologetic, I tipped him; I didn't believe it was his fault; he said he's the *only* driver. To be honest, Brew & Brews, which is very close by, is better pizza, but can be uneven on delivery too. Napoli's makes a good pie, but it wasn't open tonight! “So I’m sitting outside of the west Carrollton Vinny’s as we speak and yes, I may or may not grab Vinny’s for the kids after work every Wednesday lol. Anyway I pull up and the Vinny’s worker is outside talking with a customer. He then calls me out by name, comes over to my car to grab my cash and proceeds to tell me he will just bring it out when it’s done. Absolute stand up customer service at this location each and every time.“

“No issues this visit but they can't keep the buffet stocked. Always have to wait 15-30 minutes for a fresh pizza.“

“I am a DoorDasher and picked up an order on Saturday, July 16th. Firstly, I would like to thank the young man working the front counter for being so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I lost my son to suicide two years ago and for some reason, this young man reminded me of my son SO much in a couple different ways. It wasn’t until he looked at me and told me to “have a great day” that I kind of lost control because he said it exactly how my son would have. I was doing my best to stop the tears, but he came around the counter and gave me a giant hug. Donatos: you’ve got a caring young man on staff that seems to take the entirety of his job on very well! To his mother/parents: thank you for raising such a kind young gentleman. The smile in his eyes and his hug did more for me than I could ever put into words!!! ❤️ (I didn’t catch his name, but he had on a black hat with red rhinestones that said ‘Savage’ across the front.)“

“Pizza was great, fast service. We picked up only took about 12 min for two large pies to be cooked and ready. Employees were professional and polite.
Atmosphere, we'll its a papa John's with nothing but a counter so not much to say.“

“Originally from Buffalo NY, found it very difficult to find a pizza that even comes close to what I was used to. I've tried many pizzas across the Miami Valley and all I can say is that most were pretty bad, and a few ok but not much more. 2 places were halfway decent but those places went downhill. I finally tried Joe's Pizza last month and have to say, the Absolute Best in Miami Valley. It was the closest to Buffalo Style Pizza I ever had in Southwest Ohio. Told their Staff the same. I will definitely be going back there despite being a little drive from where I live. I would recommend Joe's Pizza to everyone, especially if you're looking for a quality pizza!!“

“The pizza at Old Scratch is amazing. The crust is delicious with a perfect char without being burnt. The toppings are simple, yet unique and full of flavor. All that being said...we actually come here even more for the sides. The roasted cauliflower is so good. It's soft, but not too soft and the romesco sauce is delicious. I like the crust on its own but my wife loves to dip the crust in whatever sauce is leftover from the cauliflower. They also have unique special sides like the deconstructed fried green tomatoes that we had this visit. This was an amazing textural experience with the hot tomatoes, crunchy topping and then the cold marscapone cheese. Service is always great. You may wait a little longer than other places and if you order to go the estimated times seem to always be wrong. We typically wait longer than the estimated time, but if you plan for that, it's well worth the wait. Dine in if you want to try some of their delicious drinks. My favorite is the angry beekeeper but I like to add bacon to mine.“

“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“
