I’ll start by saying, we use to love Old Scratch Pizza. However, we will not be back. I placed a takeout order from the Dayton location. It stated it would be ready by 7:16pm. I arrived early, around 7:10, knowing I would still have a wait. But that time frame was perfect so I could have dinner with my husband on his lunch break. I ordered a Mr Scratch pizza,
very disappointed. Crust was soggy and rubbery, not in oven long enough. There was a very scant amount of toppings, considering the high cost of the pizza. My wife ordered a white chicken pizza with the same results.
Needless to say we will not return.
Once you’ve had Red Bird Pizza in Miamisburg, you’ll never go back to this flavorless pizza.

Old Scratch Pizza is a favorite pizza restaurant in the town of Centerville. The service is great, and the food is really good. The atmosphere is alright but still a very good place to eat. The pizza ranks in the top tier, with fresh Mozz, salami, and basil on a wood fire crust making for a sublime pizza experience. The hot honey is too subtle to taste, but the pizza is no joke. The food is delicious. There is a full bar with cocktails and 20 beers on tap. The idea for free ice-cream with a donation is loved. There is open pick-nick style seating and open garage seating in summer. The pizza and salads are so good and fresh, with never a bad experience. The curbside attendant was super friendly. The food from the kitchen is amazing, and the customer service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and the sweetest people, making customers want to come back. Old Scratch stands above most in a highly competitive market.
