Ordered pizza for pick up. The person taking my order wasn't rude but was distracted. Showed up to get food and order was out for delivery. The manager was in apologized for the mix-up. Made fresh pizzas plus gave me the original ones. Gave me a discount and a couple of cookies for my kids. The manager totally turned what could have been a negative into a positive. Way to act like a good leader!
I love cousin vinnys, today I did a personal carryout and someone was late and the manager was yelling and cussing at the employee. Instead of taking a moment to talk to him somewhere else, there was 3 other customers in store. I'm sure the other employees could have took over for a moment. But it didn't happen.

BEST PIZZA AT WEST CARROLLTON - OF ALL THEIR LOCATIONS!! This location (usually) cooks their pizza to perfection (got an underdone one a few wks after I originally wrote this review, so will try closer locations next time). I sometimes would drive a half hour out of my way to get it from this location in West Carrollton. Delicious pizza, and is comfort food or just when you want something wonderful.
