So I’m sitting outside of the west Carrollton Vinny’s as we speak and yes, I may or may not grab Vinny’s for the kids after work every Wednesday lol. Anyway I pull up and the Vinny’s worker is outside talking with a customer. He then calls me out by name, comes over to my car to grab my cash and proceeds to tell me he will just bring it out when it’s done. Absolute stand up customer service at this location each and every time.
Manager Daniel needs a raise!!! Only person in the entire store that is working and is more worried about customer service than profit. He needs to run the entire district more people can learn from his respect and kindness!!!!
