“We came in with a bigger group (gave them a heads up earlier in the week, basically said "bring it on, we got you"). The service was awesome, food came out pretty quick, even with a birthday party in the back. Never felt rushed or unwelcome. Everyone loved their pizzas (love the shroom and the crab rangoon pizzas...the pull apart cheesy bread is a MUST). Thanks for your hospitality, awesome staff and great food. Is it cheap? No, but the quality is worth the cost. This definitely is not a chain drive through pizza place! (yes there's a bar in back, great choices, good prices.)“

“Today's food was great. My order was taken and served in a timely manner. After that, service became very lacking. I sat at the bar and was the only patron dining in. Another person came in, sat beside me and was ignored for a long amount of time. With the bar in close sight and plain view from the kitchen/prep area, it still took both of us calling to that area to get someone's attention. I was not brought my bill at any point of the duration of my visit, and had to ask for it, again with lack of attention from the prep area. Charging a fee for credit/debt transactions may seem needed, but it is not acceptable or fair. Because of that, although it's not fair to the servers, I am subtracting that fee amount from my tip with any place doing this now. It's within your control to opt for those charges. $3.49 is also an excessive and unfair price for a fountain drink when other establishment charge up to a dollar less ... and especially when yours is a self service station.“

“Pizza was very good and my order was ready when they said it would be. Just one guy working but the place wasn’t busy and he was handling everything fine and was pleasant. The only questionable thing was the special noted on TV for “any pizza, any size for $9.99” — I had to ask for that when I phoned. The recorded message gives other specials, with pizza starting at $12.99”. Also, I asked the guy what that $9.99 comes with and he said sauce and cheese — you have to ask for other toppings, but they are available for the same price. It seems Dominos wants to hide the price and toppings available when you phone you order in.“

I ordered the angry beekeepers w/extra hot honey, and the hot honey is too subtle to taste. I really wanted that sweet heat to come through, but it was invisible to the taste even ordering extra. That being said, the fresh Mozz, salami, and basil with the wood fire crust made for a sublime pizza experience. We're over the road, and we hunt for indie pizza shops, and this easily falls in the top 5 (not counting Chicago style pizzas in the ranking. That's a pizza to itself). The server at carry out was very pleasant, and checked the pizza before giving it to me, and that was a nice extra touch. Overall, Old Scratch is no joke. Experts in the pizza game. Among a highly competitive market, they stand above most. I can't wait to eat here again.“

“We got Jet's a few days ago, but it was on my mind to write a review. First off, we have been waiting for deep anticipation that one day our town would get a Jet's Pizza. When I told my wife the news, it was like she won the lottery. Would it be too good to be true? Would this place be all that we ever dreamed it could be? To tell you the truth, the experience exceeded our expectations. The online ordering process was easy. We ordered as we were in the parking lot of Walmart next door, so I arrived early. When I entered the door, the staff were in a great mood. I was greated instantly by a gentleman wearing a smile. Even though I was early, and wasn't trying to rush anyone, I only waited less than five minutes. The young lady at the counter was very friendly. As I verified the toppings, I noticed how perfect the pizza was, I told her it was nice to finally have a location close to home. “We came in as a couple, hoping for a quiet corner, but it was fairly busy and had a guitarist playing outdoors. The inside was fairly empty, though, so we took the furthest booth. There was only 1 table with someone at it but they were a few tables away. We had the Triple Double pizza with mushrooms and an order of cheese sticks. All very good!
My experiences with Milano's as a dine-in customer vs a delivery driver are like night and day. I always have good service and great food as a customer. This is the 4th time I have eaten at a Milano's with my dining companion for today. 2 of those 4 times, they've made our pizza incorrectly but, both times, they made us a new pizza and let us keep the mistake to nosh on while we waited; which is really nice of them. We had no issues today. Our server, Destiny, was very nice and accommodating. The music was able to be enjoyed from inside, as well, away from the crowd, so that was also lovely.“

“I've ordered several times from Jet's. The pizza is pretty good. Not great, but good. They did put on extra sauce, but not really that much extra. Sauce is bland. Toppings were fine. Crust was completely cooked but a little chewy. I got the hand-tossed crust; the thick crust is better, but it is a lot of bread.

The trouble is the long time for delivery. Admittedly, the website said, 75-80 minutes; I just didn't notice. It took 70, so you can say they did better; but that's just a long time for delivery. “Honest review. I had both my grandkids birthday party there tonight. The kids had a blast and that was my main goal however it could have been way better organized or better yet I coulda bought a smaller package . The kids had unlimited play for 2 hours now in that 2 hours you also do the pizza , cake and singing with Chuck Ev. It was very crowded and live with Chuck E was about half way through the party and they let you know 6 minutes before he comes out. Trying to round up kids in an arcade full of kids in 5 minutes ain’t easy. So he comes out and danced for about 5 minutes then they rush him away with kids in back never getting to hug him. Then he comes back out a little later this was a 3 minute count down. So my grandson didn’t get to her his name announced in the birthdays because he didn’t get back across the room in time. The cake was brought out around 7 at 7:15 we were told we had 15 minutes to move ( 15 minutes after she cut the cake. ) ice cream for kids was to be included but we never received. Most employees didn’t seem like working with children was their favorite thing to do. So I recommend the place as a great place for kids to have fun safety ( the stamps on the hands was nice feeling) but I wouldn’t recommend party area . Buy a hour unlimited pass or longer and have cake and ice cream and presents at home. You don’t get everything promised, the scheduling of everything makes it stressful and they only get about a hour play time in all anyway. I don’t see no stars to give but it would be 0 for party 3 for friendly ( lost 2 because most staff seemed to hate the job)“

“Our intro to this location was less than inviting as we accidentally went up the steps to the to go pickup door. The steps were very unkempt. Also, we counted only seven or eight cars in the parking lot at 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night and it made us wonder if the place was closed.
We were redirected to the correct desk and spotted a number of folks at large tables and a few people at the bar, our destination. whew, looking ok inside.
Bartender Steve was awesome and made a killer martini for RRR and a glass of red for me which we enjoyed along with the complimentary bread.
Insalata della Casa for both of us and we split the Pasta Bravo.. It isn't my favorite but it's ok and the chicken is nicely cooked. RRR was very happy with it.

“I'm a life long Dayton resident and used to love Elsa's. I wish now the Sheetz was going in. The quality of food has gone so far downhill this was my last trip to Elsas. Tonight the refried beans were dry and totally inedible. I mean beans hit with a masher and nothing else. No flavoring. No seasoning. BLAND Nachos had no salsa or sauce of any kind.
