I tried the $5.99 deal (lasagna roll and fettucine alfredo) and it was fantastic! Great food and a lot of it for $5.99. The employees were professional, nice and helpful.
Fazoli's has long been a favorite of our family's. We don't stop in often because its all carbs but we do still come occasionally. I was surprised that Noone came around to renew the breads sticks as in the past. Maybe they don't do that anymore. It was still delicious. I think they should reconfigure their dining room for larger groups.
100000/10 experience! First time coming here & we decided to dine it. Staff were extremely kind and generous. Food was delicious! Breadsticks are perfection. Italian ices are a must! (blue raspberry 10/10) #clean plate club

Fazoli's offers good food with slightly higher prices compared to other fast food restaurants. The manager provides exceptional service, going out of his way to assist customers. The parking lot has potholes. Fans of the restaurant love the loaded Fettuccine and often praise the professional server Caitlin, who is known for her friendly attitude and excellent customer service. The staff, including Tina and Caitlin, are helpful and often refill breadsticks while checking on customers’ meals. The restaurant is an older store but is well maintained, always with a smile and extra breadsticks. Customers appreciate the quick service, good-sized drinks, and kid-friendly options. Many enjoy the breadsticks and the overall friendly atmosphere. Some miss the cheese ravioli, which was removed from the menu, but most still enjoy their meals and look forward to returning. Caitlin’s helpful and personal service makes a big difference, ensuring a positive dining experience for all.
