Every single time I come into the Bellbrook location Chipotle, I have an excellent experience. The food is always great, which is what I have come to expect. The dining area as well as the food prep area are always clean, the staff is always friendly and engaging. This is such a rarity today, beyond Chipotle, restaurants, or any other service-related business. One of the female employees with glasses was very rude to everyone in line in front of me including an elderly man who asked her if he could have a fresh scoop of beans instead of the bottom of the container. Instead of just saying “sure I can get you one” or something along those lines she said “these just go in the new pan so it doesn’t matter” whether that’s the case or not the way she replied and the tone she had was very rude.
