I've had issues with this location before. The food is good and the management seems amicable and understanding when it comes to feedback, but lately it just seems like they can't get an order right. Whether it's a missing side, a wrong item, or a half sandwich instead of a whole sandwich, it's always a botched order. It's been happening for months. Every time I go to this Panera I’m disappointed. I stopped getting salads because the lettuce was always sub par. Switched it up and got a sandwich this time, avocado was rotten. I mean who places an avocado on a sandwich that looks like this? Not to mention, we didn’t even get our Baguettes. I highly suggest driving an extra 10-15 minutes to an alternate location. Will NEVER support this Panera again.
