“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

“I was born and raised in Italy, I was also a waitress there and served many pizzas. Troni is by far the closest to authentic Italian pizzas in the entire area. Absolutely delicious and well priced. Our family has always enjoyed it as well as the service.“

“Fazoli's has long been a favorite of our family's. We don't stop in often because its all carbs but we do still come occasionally. I was surprised that Noone came around to renew the breads sticks as in the past. Maybe they don't do that anymore. It was still delicious. I think they should reconfigure their dining room for larger groups.“

“We had really great service for our group of 12 (with 6 kids) celebrating an adult birthday. Called ahead & the table was set up with kids menus & high chairs. We were seated quickly when majority of party had arrived. Our 2 servers were very attentive to bring drinks, salad & bread sticks (& even extra olives) early so kids weren't starving and they checked repeatedly on drinks & if there was anything else we needed. Thank you to our servers (Noah & associate) & the whole staff.“

“We had lunch on Saturday and as usual all of our meals were delicious! Our server Karugu was fantastic!! Friendly, efficient, quick to refill our drinks with a great smile! We started off with pretzel bites, hot and delicious! Started off with cups of gumbo, perfect on a cold rainy day! Great soup loaded with shrimp, chicken and sausage. Then the 4 of us had deluxe pizza, a tuna melt, chicken quesadilla and the Italian sub. Everything was great. The pizza crust was crispy and light. Perfect!“

“I’ve always enjoyed this restaurant but I noticed something last night that disturbed me. I asked the waitress if they had a smaller serving of their Peasant salad. She said sure and brought a very small serving which was just what I ordered. When I got the bill the charge was $9 which is the regular full size price. Same thing happened with our dining partner. This has happened before. I hope the owner reads this. It’s a little deceptive.“

“Visited DK Effect for the first time and then walked over to try Gionino’s for the first time. The pizza wad better than anything else I’ve had in Dayton. So much so that I left a review and I don’t do that like ever. Crust was perfect. Sauce ratio was ecstatic. Pepperoni was absolutely perfect. A personal pizza too! Def earned a lifelong fan now.

“I had Jet’s Pizza for the first time in a long while here on my end and I just want to give a big shout out to Justin Kemen working there - he went above and beyond with the customer service for what he did for me that day. The Detroit Deep Dish is delicious from you guys as well! Justin big up!! I really appreciate you much my man!! Great customer service at this Jet’s Pizza on Far Hills in the Gem City 💎…..and good pizza outta Detroit as well!!“

“Decor is cool inside. Food was very good, maybe a bit pricey for some items but overall good. *NOTE* They have a Negroni cocktail hour from 4:30-6:30 IF YOU SIT AT THE BAR. It was our first time there so we ordered a couple at the table and found out later sitting at the table does not count. The waitress was going to try and give us the drinks for that rate but it didn’t happen. I wouldn’t have ordered the $25 appetizer knowing the drinks were that much. Lessons learned I guess. I would go again, but just be more cautious on what I order is all ☺️“

“Ordered delivery which they said would be an hour. Called one and a half hours later to enquire about order. Without hesitation they checked, said it was on the way and that it would now be discounted. Love the customer service with giving a discount without having to ask.“

“The Turin trio was awesome. Huge portions, free soar dough bread(2) with butter spread. Good prices for what you get. Cool interior with an actual trolley car inside. Very nice staff also. Highly recommend this place.“
