Spaghetti Warehouse Reviews
The Turin trio was awesome. Huge portions, free soar dough bread(2) with butter spread. Good prices for what you get. Cool interior with an actual trolley car inside. Very nice staff also. Highly recommend this place.
Service was very slow, for not very busy on a Wednesday night. I don't think the food was indicative of the restaurant as a whole, from everything I've heard it's a very good place, maybe just not tonight. Almost 2 hours for 5 people to get in and out with no wait for a table at all. It was over 50 minutes before we got our food, which was dry and under-seasoned. One spaghetti was cold with an over-cooked chicken parm. Good bread, kind of the highlight.
Had been about 10 years since eating here, used to be on our regular rotation. Food was still great, but the facilities were just sad. Used to be vibrant and electric, and now it was just stale. Tables were sticky, headboards were in disrepair, air was musty. Service was slow and inefficient.

Spaghetti Warehouse offers great-tasting food and has friendly staff who provide excellent customer service. The bread and butter here are the best in the business. The food was very good, with customers enjoying lasagna and spaghetti, and the sauce was delicious. The ambience of the interior is a fun place to eat. However, there are some concerns about the staff, as other employees have been reported to be rude and unhelpful, particularly at the front of the restaurant. There have also been issues with seating; a request to sit in the trolley was initially denied, but it was later noticed to be nearly empty. The atmosphere is dimly lit and near the bar, which may not be ideal for families with young children. Customers reported hearing loud music from the kitchen, which affected the overall dining experience. While the food, including the large supply of minestrone soup, is enjoyable, there was confusion regarding the rewards program, as it was mentioned to only apply to the Columbus store. Overall, Spaghetti Warehouse has the potential for improvement in customer service and seating arrangements, but many customers express a desire to return soon due to the food and some employees being great.
