Spaghetti Warehouse Reviews
Just a heads up for anyone going to Spaghetti Warehouse in the Dayton area…
Food was actually really good and our table service was great, no complaints there.
But if you plan on grabbing drinks, be ready… I ordered two double Bacardi and diet sodas and it came out to around $35 😳
I followed up with them afterward and they explained that they pour what they call a “true double,” but that was never mentioned when ordering.
I get the explanation,...read full review
general cleanliness (especially floors) was poor. menus were sticky with lamination peeling (all 4 menus we got). be prepared for your first choice of entree to be denied due to being out of this or that. uncomfortable indoor air conditions (hot and humid).
We chose this spot because the of the online menu, and we were traveling so we wanted to try something new. Unfortunately the actual menu does not align with what is actually offered. If you are vegetarian I would recommend finding a different restaurant. I ordered a House Long Island cocktail and I was SHOCKED when I was told this drink was $10.25!! This was a small drink that could be consumed in about 3 sips!

Spaghetti Warehouse offers great-tasting food and has friendly staff who provide excellent customer service. The bread and butter here are the best in the business. The food was very good, with customers enjoying lasagna and spaghetti, and the sauce was delicious. The ambience of the interior is a fun place to eat. However, there are some concerns about the staff, as other employees have been reported to be rude and unhelpful, particularly at the front of the restaurant. There have also been issues with seating; a request to sit in the trolley was initially denied, but it was later noticed to be nearly empty. The atmosphere is dimly lit and near the bar, which may not be ideal for families with young children. Customers reported hearing loud music from the kitchen, which affected the overall dining experience. While the food, including the large supply of minestrone soup, is enjoyable, there was confusion regarding the rewards program, as it was mentioned to only apply to the Columbus store. Overall, Spaghetti Warehouse has the potential for improvement in customer service and seating arrangements, but many customers express a desire to return soon due to the food and some employees being great.
