“I was ordering food after a long day. My daughter had had surgery. My debit card had been flagged for fraud. I had already called and had it taken care of and my card reactivated as it had been blocked due to suspicious activity. I then couldn't pay at the window. I explained to the girl at the window that I had just spoken to someone who should have released my card. I apologized and asked if she could hold my food for a minute while I called back. I called and again they told me my card was released and could be used. I pulled back around to the drive thru window and again my card declined for suspected fraud.🤦‍♀ the firl then went to ask how she could clear the screen as I then called my credit union directly. The manager came back and said she was going to comp mynorder because she heard I was having so many issues with my bank. I couldn't believe it! I thanked her repeatedly but had to move on because by this time I was holding up the drive-thru line. Injust want to say they wer e ao sweet and patient with me on such a bad/long day. I really appreciate all they did for me. So Big Shout Out to the ladies at the Huber Heights, OH store on Friday June 26th, 2026 at the Drive-thru. THANK YOU SO MUCH!“

“Pizza is always top teir in my opinion. Bread sticks used to be amazing now they are half the size. Service could be better as it used to be amazing. Please bring back the salad bar! Please! Kinda pricey for what you get but I'll go every couple months or so.“

“A little slice of Italy in the middle of Dayton! Food is excellent and service fairly quick. Restaurant is clean and well maintained and smells like Mediterranean cuisine. Wait staff is friendly and treats you like family. I talked to our chef to thank him for the food. He smiled and said it was his pleasure and he'd be happy to prepare our meal again during our next visit.“

“I haven't eaten at Olive Garden in a very long time. I did an online order. My order was ready exactly when they said it would be. The food was great ,and the portions were very generous. The salad and bread sticks were very fresh as well. The door staff were welcoming and directed me where to pick up my order.

“I’ve been a fan of Olive Garden for many years, although I don’t go very often because I try to watch my calorie intake. Recently, I discovered their unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks, and now I have a whole new reason to come back.

The breadsticks are always warm and delicious, the salad is fresh and flavorful, and the soups are served hot. I especially like that there are several soup varieties to choose from, so you can switch flavors or try something different during your meal.

The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. It’s a great place to sit, enjoy a meal, and not feel rushed.

I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the mood for unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks.“

“Decor is cool inside. Food was very good, maybe a bit pricey for some items but overall good. *NOTE* They have a Negroni cocktail hour from 4:30-6:30 IF YOU SIT AT THE BAR. It was our first time there so we ordered a couple at the table and found out later sitting at the table does not count. The waitress was going to try and give us the drinks for that rate but it didn’t happen. I wouldn’t have ordered the $25 appetizer knowing the drinks were that much. Lessons learned I guess. I would go again, but just be more cautious on what I order is all ☺️“

“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

“We had lunch on Saturday and as usual all of our meals were delicious! Our server Karugu was fantastic!! Friendly, efficient, quick to refill our drinks with a great smile! We started off with pretzel bites, hot and delicious! Started off with cups of gumbo, perfect on a cold rainy day! Great soup loaded with shrimp, chicken and sausage. Then the 4 of us had deluxe pizza, a tuna melt, chicken quesadilla and the Italian sub. Everything was great. The pizza crust was crispy and light. Perfect!“

“I've lived in the Dayton area for 34 years and never tried gioninos until last week. I've since ordered it 3 times and have been extremely happy with all 3 purchases. This is the best pizza I've found in Dayton. The option to add basil is a game changer. Anything with red sauce should have basil on it, period. No other pizzeria that I know of offers it. You've got a new loyal customer!“
