“Pizza is always top teir in my opinion. Bread sticks used to be amazing now they are half the size. Service could be better as it used to be amazing. Please bring back the salad bar! Please! Kinda pricey for what you get but I'll go every couple months or so.“

“The pizza was superb. Every bite of our mushroom pizza melted in your mouth. It was well worth the price. We have leftovers for dinner tomorrow. I recommend Jet's Pizza to anyone who has never tried theirs'.“

“I want to start off by saying my food and service have always been great! I understand every once in a while quality may be a little off. I order from this location I would like to say at least 4-5x's a month. Two weeks ago I ordered my pizza at 10 in the morning before this location was open with an 1130 delivery. When I received my food it was cold. Now I could've taking the whole order back because its normally pipping hot. Well I called and spoke with a guy told him about my order and his promise was a $10 credit. Well, I ordered again either that day or the next and I was told you can't use the credit on a delivery. I understood that I didn't feel like driving so I paid full price. Today, as usual on Friday I call to place my order and I was even going to pick it up. I talked to Brandon and he stated that I didn't have a credit. Not to mention my account is flagged for abusing credits. Now I have bank/credit card statements that I ALWAYS pay FULL PRICE for my food. At this point its not about the credit but the service. Why promise something if your not going to follow through. To say he talked to his GM about my number and he's not going to do anything is a bit much.“

“I was ordering food after a long day. My daughter had had surgery. My debit card had been flagged for fraud. I had already called and had it taken care of and my card reactivated as it had been blocked due to suspicious activity. I then couldn't pay at the window. I explained to the girl at the window that I had just spoken to someone who should have released my card. I apologized and asked if she could hold my food for a minute while I called back. I called and again they told me my card was released and could be used. I pulled back around to the drive thru window and again my card declined for suspected fraud.🤦‍♀ the firl then went to ask how she could clear the screen as I then called my credit union directly. The manager came back and said she was going to comp mynorder because she heard I was having so many issues with my bank. I couldn't believe it! I thanked her repeatedly but had to move on because by this time I was holding up the drive-thru line. Injust want to say they wer e ao sweet and patient with me on such a bad/long day. “I decided to give the new location at try tonight. Props to the delivery driver who did a better job finding my trailer park better than DoorDash drivers. Food was amazing and the wings were well sauced which I have an issue with sometimes with other locations. Keep those wings sauced up! I look forward to keep ordering from y’all! If you ever find yourself was at this Subhouse and cheyenne is your server consider yourself lucky. I got the teezer burger which is always my go to with a side of fries and it never disappoints.“
