They had a few large delivery order come in this morning right ahead of mine and they called me almost right away and explained the situation and that the delivery may take longer than expected, which was no problem but I appreciate the call. Fast forward to a little over an hour after I placed my order and the delivery driver (Ben?) called to let me know he was on his way and that they had given me a discount because of the wait I had, which again didn’t bother me at all. I really didn’t not need a discount on my bill but I greatly appreciated it and appreciated being kept in the loop about my wait time on my order. “I am a little biased because I service their linens for them. However, on off days me and my wife stop here to grab some pizza. Every single time we go, the pizza is just wonderful. Old style environment like walking into a late 90s parlor. Handmade crust and fresh toppings. Not fire baked but crust is done and crispy as it should be. Haven't had a bad pizza there yet, and their other items like the meatball sub are fantastic. Small cozy setting, great friendly service and owners are very good people“

“Best deluxe pizza in town and as far as price only $27 and you do not need extra cheese. They are very generous with their toppings and I love pizza with extra cheese!!! Now there is a pizza that I get a hankering for every now and that is Cassanos! My husband doesn’t care for it, but I do and when I get that craving, I have to have it small deluxe extra cheese. “It was good. I would have probably gave 5 stars if they had more of a personal size pizza. Their small pizza is way to big for just me bug with no other options that's what i had to get if i wanted pizza (and i did) I didnt even have room to eat half of it. Wish I liked cold pizza or day old reheated pizza but it just never tastes the same. At least I got a delicious meal! Owner was friendly and super chatty. It's nice to be greeted with good conversation. If I'm in the area again I will definitely eat here again.“

“Love this little spot but it is not handicap friendly nor does it have a changing table for kids. Changing a child at your table or on the floor in the bathroom is your only option. The food is always fresh, hot and the employees are always super sweet. I was told that When you pay with your credit card and leave a tip, it goes to the store not the employees.

Kid-friendliness: No changing table. No activities for kids to do. They serve alcohol. The restaurant is always clean, the food is good and the staff very friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly unless you have someone to open all the doors for you. The bathrooms have no rails to hold onto. So I would not say this is a handicap friendly atmosphere.“

I always try to remember a bad employee doesn't make a bad company. Also, the customers aren't always right.“
