food is always hot. they've never forgotten my extra sauces. and although they've sent me home a couple times with the wrong pizza, they were VERY fast to correct the issue and extremely apologetic. staff has been friendly and kind every time we've picked up. The customer service and convenience is great!
Usually we have only five star experiences with this store. This time was different; food was cold which has never happened before, as well as several sauces that were ordered and paid for did not come with the food. Disappointing from one of our favorite spots
Great people!

Cousin Vinny's Pizza is a highly recommended restaurant known for exceptional food and excellent customer service. This take out/delivery only place is open late and consistently delivers quality. Their pizzas are flavorful and solid, with the perfect amount of toppings, and they are not greasy at all. Recently, they have started offering calzones that are very good, featuring soft and springy dough with fresh mozzarella. The salads are massive, equivalent to 3-4 side salads at an average restaurant, and they don't skimp on ingredients like spinach, mushrooms, and sausage. The staff is friendly and personable, providing great customer service, while managers go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Delivery is prompt, with drivers being cool and courteous. The restaurant has tons of parking spots available. While there is no seating, there are claw machines to entertain kids for 50 cents a play. Overall, Cousin Vinny's Pizza is a must-visit for pizza lovers and is the #1 Vinny's location, making it worth the drive from Springfield.
