“All good. Big ol’ wangs, good “Bob’s American Burger”, mozzarella sticks were hittin’ and everything was hot and cheap. I almost look down on other restaurants now for not providing us with better chicken while Rooster’s is doing it for cheap. (This was my first time going to a Rooster’s.) Kids meal was awesome for my 2 year old too. She tore up some tenders and fries and I had some too.🔥“

“I ordered Popcorn Chicken however it wasn't until I got home it was replaced with a small amount of grilled chicken...nobody told me they ran out of Popcorn Chicken otherwise I wouldn't of ordered. I did call store and was offered a $5 credit on next order however the meal cost more than that and I rarely eat pizza 🤷 so I would of preferred a refund or replacement. Pizza was ok but most got thrown in trash so waste of money. Brownies were a bit hard but if warmed up they were ok.“

“Normally I don’t submit reviews, but this experience deserves one.

I placed an online pickup order at 8:30pm 12 June. On my way back home, I received a phone call from one of the employees at Wingstop. He was calling to let me know that out of my 20 piece I ordered, I was missing 5 wings.

Now at first I was like “Dang, now I have to turn around and go back” but the more I thought about it, the more that I appreciated that they caught the mistake right away instead of me getting home, sitting down to eat and then discovering the missing wings.

When I returned back to Wingstop, they had my wings ready and even included some extras. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort the team made to correct this issue before it became a bigger inconvenience.

Mistakes happen but the great customer service is definitely how its handled. I really wish I got the employees name, he was wearing glasses and had a medium/tan complexion but I want to make sure his exceptional service didn’t go unnoticed. I’m not sure how often reviews are read but I hope this one reaches the team because the deserve the recognition!!!!“

The customer service and convenience is great!“

“I love this location. My food is always hot when it gets to me and they always give me ample dipping sauces. I had Chachi as a driver tonight and he was fantastic. He was very personable, friendly and patient while I got my money and his tip together.“
