“Pizza has been very good and ready when they say it will be. The only questionable thing is that the TV-advertised “any pizza, any size for $9.99” — you have to ask for that when you call. Otherwise their recorded message gives pizza specials starting at $12.99 and up.“

So why 5 stars?!

Because mistakes happen, and it’s what businesses do after a mistake that matters. This establishment apologized, had already started remaking the order before they finished figuring out what happened (to reduce the time to replace my order), then gave me an extra pizza and breadsticks as an apology.

Best we pieced together is someone accidentally loaded half of our order in the wrong pizza portal and someone else got it (that person gets 1 star for lack of honesty). This place took care of business getting me the corrected order, plus a little for the 10 minute wait. Awesome Customer service.“
