I'm pretty surprised because I've had iffy food from the Lee's in Springfield in the past. the food from this Lee's is always as quality as you can get from fast food chicken“

“I ordered pizza for delivery tonight with the bad winds and rain from hurricane helene. My delivery was driver was so nice! If i could rate this 1,000 stars solely because of him I would. I requested the pizza to be left on the step, and he went out of his way to leave it there while making sure the box didn’t get ruined. Pizza is fresh and amazing, and bless delivery drivers! Especially the one I had tonight!“

“New update: previously rated 5/5, but last two times I’ve ordered my pizza with EXTRA SAUCE, the pizzas arrived with hardly ANY sauce. I paid for extra sauce and that’s how I like them. Until I start noticing a closer attention to those details, my rating will remain.

“Tried Matria pastries at the Second Street Market and they were delicious! The non traditional pain au chocolat had a scrumptious brownie in the middle for extra chocolate. And the German chocolate cherry had a layer of cherries inside. Scrumptious!“

“Daniel was by far the best server I’ve had in here. Come here 2-3 times a week and have never had a server with a positive attitude like him. ( I eat out every meal ) was very kind , attentive to my order , and very quick to get refills and check to make sure everything was to my liking. If I could recommend anyone for a manager spot it would be him.“

“This dominos has some of the best drivers and customer service. They had a few large delivery order come in this morning right ahead of mine and they called me almost right away and explained the situation and that the delivery may take longer than expected, which was no problem but I appreciate the call. Fast forward to a little over an hour after I placed my order and the delivery driver (Ben?) called to let me know he was on his way and that they had given me a discount because of the wait I had, which again didn’t bother me at all. I really didn’t not need a discount on my bill but I greatly appreciated it and appreciated being kept in the loop about my wait time on my order. Sometimes they don't have the exact chicken ready that you order, but they have always asked what I wanted substituted and they have taken care of me. They are always nice to me as well. I generally do the drive thru, but occasionally go inside as well.“

“Carl the night manager from the Fairborn Pizza Hut did a wonderful thing tonight. It was almost closing time and his delivery driver had to leave because of car trouble and I'm not supposed to drive so I couldn't go get my order. So he took it upon himself and delivered our order himself. He was very nice and polite and should be rewarded.“
