I love Pizza Hut, especially this crew, but they refuse to honor advertising. They will not give you the $10.99 Tastemaker, they will not give you the 2+ mediums for $6.99 each, and they will not honor any other offers on their website or commercials. So I unfortunately switched to Domino's who are in the same parking lot. I'm only rating them so generously because I like the crew.
We ordered online and picked up at the Huber Heights, OH location because we love the pizza and live outside of the delivery area. We were missing one of the items (part my fault because I didn't open the boxes) and tried to call the store to let them know. .... TRIED... Two people in the house called. Both put on hold "while I transfer your call to the store " for OVER 20 minutes!! Totally unacceptable! I could have drove back to the store and been back home by now. The pizza...read full review

Order was correct, delivery was prompt, even though street number was put in incorrectly, food was hot and delicious. Used accumulated points, but was unaware had to have $10.99 minimum order for delivery.
