I am a retail manager and I must say the lack of customer reaction here blows my mind. The food is always hot and amazing I usually come through the drive thru as I eat lunch here at least once a week. Coming inside and being told my order won't be taken at the counter that i must use the kiosk was upsetting to me. I almost left, why are we not having this team involved with people on your floor?

Taco Bell has made significant improvements in recent times. The staff is very polite and accurate with orders. Bobby is an awesome worker who does a great job making food quickly. The best burrito is made with melted cheese and beef mixed in with all the flavors. The key is to dine-in, as the food is made properly and service is friendly. However, there have been instances where tacos were dripping in grease. Overall, Taco Bell has turned around its reputation, offering a positive dining experience.
