“I was ordering food after a long day. My daughter had had surgery. My debit card had been flagged for fraud. I had already called and had it taken care of and my card reactivated as it had been blocked due to suspicious activity. I then couldn't pay at the window. I explained to the girl at the window that I had just spoken to someone who should have released my card. I apologized and asked if she could hold my food for a minute while I called back. I called and again they told me my card was released and could be used. I pulled back around to the drive thru window and again my card declined for suspected fraud.🤦‍♀ the firl then went to ask how she could clear the screen as I then called my credit union directly. The manager came back and said she was going to comp mynorder because she heard I was having so many issues with my bank. I couldn't believe it! I thanked her repeatedly but had to move on because by this time I was holding up the drive-thru line. Injust want to say they wer e ao sweet and patient with me on such a bad/long day. I really appreciate all they did for me. So Big Shout Out to the ladies at the Huber Heights, OH store on Friday June 26th, 2026 at the Drive-thru. THANK YOU SO MUCH!“

“My husband and I ate here for the first time tonight. we were blown away. The service was incredible! The speed and freshness or our order amazing. The store was clean, but above all the teamwork we witnessed is hard to find today. Great job! We will definitely be back.“

“This chick fil a location in Huber Heights is amazing, not sure what all these haters are talking about. Always fast with it, staff is amazing and food ALWAYS FRESH AS F.…. Foods always good. Only complaints are, selling Dasani water…. crazy behavior. Some sundays I do be craving chick fil a BUT yall closed 😑 Other than that this place is perfect in every way and any Karen’s throwing negativity and go “enjoy” McDonald’s or some other mid fast food restaurant.“

“Haven't been here in years. Burgers were awesome. Fries too, but a bit too salty. Also, huge amount of fries for 2 people and only got the one regular size to split. Next time we will get the small.
Only real issue was the cost. Prices have doubled since our last time around 10 years ago, but I guess that's kinda where we all are nowadays.
One cheeseburger meal and one cheeseburger, 32 bucks. The doubles, not the little burgers. They are 11.89 each on their own.
Atmosphere isn't much to look at but it was clean.
Will go back but we'll probably get the small fry and the small burgers next time unless we are starving. ;-)“

“Good space at the pumps with nice technology. Turkey sandwich is delicious and huge. Chicken noodle soup was good too. And 10 employees working on a Thursday afternoon! Fast service. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is they don't have anywhere to sit to eat or to wait on food.“

“I was SO impressed with the professionalism from the entire staff. I was painting next door, so I frequented this location several times over a week. Every time, I was greeted warmly, served promptly, and the food was top quality!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

Idk if we just went on a good day or what, but everything was fresh and hot and the cheesy gordita crunch even had a cheese pull! 😆🤌 The guy working the window at the drive through that day was so nice. “The man making our food was awesome. He was very busy and was training 2 girls on the front line. There was a total of 4 people working. He was very busy but was very nice. He never seemed aggravated. I did not get his name but he was fantastic. We had to wait about 10 min to place our order but that was ok. He is a keeper. I worked in fast food for 27 years and if I was still doing it I would steel him in a second.“
