“This chick fil a location in Huber Heights is amazing, not sure what all these haters are talking about. Always fast with it, staff is amazing and food ALWAYS FRESH AS F.…. Foods always good. Only complaints are, selling Dasani water…. crazy behavior. Some sundays I do be craving chick fil a BUT yall closed 😑 Other than that this place is perfect in every way and any Karen’s throwing negativity and go “enjoy” McDonald’s or some other mid fast food restaurant.“

“I dont usually leave reviews for fast food places, but I order from here on doordash all the time and the food is always perfect. I'm pretty surprised because I've had iffy food from the Lee's in Springfield in the past. the food from this Lee's is always as quality as you can get from fast food chicken“

“I use to go to the Troy St location since I’m only a couple blocks away from that location , However the last several times I’ve went to that location they messed up my order. I’m not one to call & complain so I let it slide but after the last time messing up all 3 orders I said no more & started going to the Linden Ave location & so far my order hasn’t been messed up one time. When they forget the biscuits , get the chicken type wrong all the time that’s it for me . I can’t keep going back each week to get the order I wanted so we end up eating what we were given & on a couple occasions my husband didn’t get to eat because he can’t eat spicy foods & all the orders were spicy & shouldn’t have been. Single sides were put inside with meals instead of being on the side individually like I ordered them . I get the same 3 meals EVERY Wednesday . I may switch sides on 1 of them but thats it . When they forget the biscuits , get the chicken type wrong all the time that’s it for me . Since going to Linden Ave & having an automated thing take your order I haven’t had any problems what so ever & I was skeptical about ordering through that .“

“life-changing food. i ordered a lite hot chicken sandwich, fries, and a hot mozzarella stick. each item was heavenly. the chicken sauce is good, the pickles are wonderful, and the mozzarella stick was so good that my soul left my body, ascended into the heavens, high-fived jesus, and returned. i genuinely think about my experience there every day. highly recommend.“

Sometimes they don't have the exact chicken ready that you order, but they have always asked what I wanted substituted and they have taken care of me. They are always nice to me as well. But this place this fresh faced twin of church's the the prettier smarter version of ever church's chicken I've ever known. The taste was phenomenal the spices were spicing. We were told the dining room is open until 10:00 p.m. we got there play a little before 9:00 p.m. they had all of the chairs stacked on the tables already we had to take the chair off the table so we could sit. Then he took apart the soda machine while we were there. He did look at us and put it back together. The food was absolutely excellent. Nice and hot and fresh. Just sort of felt like we were being pushed out. But all in all it was an okay visit, but we've had a lot better visits. The store is actually open until 1:00 a.m. on the drive-thru. The lobby closes at 10:00 p.m. to me they would have time after the lobby closed to pick and clean up the lobby and fill up the condiments. So just for food for thought to you guys when you're open late like that I will clean your lobby after your lobby closes. Your guests don't feel like they're being pushed out and rushed. Was just a little irritated at that but that's just me.“

“I’m automatically irritated when I have to wait an extended period of time for food whether it’s mine or I’m delivering orders. I say that because I know why there’s usually a wait here and that reason is the food is without question great. However- if you have frequent long wait times and staffing is an issue, fix it. Get help that can keep those orders from going somewhere else.“

“I stopped in a few weeks back to pick up a Wednesday special (IYKYK) for my grandmother and she wanted 2 thighs / 1 breast with green beans and potato salad. They were out of the potato salad and I commented on the size of one of her thighs. The manager was kind/ pleasant and addressed my concern promptly. Her cook gave me an extra thigh and also gave me a chicken strip snack. I come to this location often and the experience is different every time but I was left satisfied after this experience. ?“
