KFC offers hot and good food, with fresh fries and extra sauce upon request. The staff is described as sweet and helpful, but there have been reports of inconsistent service. Some customers have faced issues, such as missing items like the cookie that typically comes with meals. One visit featured a grumpy worker who provided poor customer service and forgot receipts, honey, and plasticware. However, there was a nice young lady who helped by fetching the needed items. Despite some problems, other customers have praised the staff for being amazing and attentive, creating a great atmosphere. They enjoyed delicious food and had a good time, particularly during family meals. Customers hope for better service and consistency in the future.
