Placed an order at 3:15pm and reached the store 3:30pm to get the order. They said they didn't have the order and had already given it to someone else. I asked for a refund and was told to call the KFC assistant to get refunded , and I sat in the store for 30 minutes, hoping to get refunded. They started a ticket and have yet to get refunded. Idk why they wouldn't ask for a verification of the order from the customer before handing them the order. When asked, he said the other guy looked similar to me, which makes no sense.

The employee at the counter on 9/28. Kept giving attitude to the customer and doesn't understand how the app works for us door dash drivers. Gonna start rejecting this places orders if it continues.

Took my family/grandkids out for a meal before they hit the road. The staff was amazing & attentive. My family...even the kids enjoyed ourselves with a great atmosphere, delicious food & perfect conversation.

I ordered a mobile order from here and when my dasher got to the establishment 20 minutes after I ordered it they said they didn't have my order. This place don't know how to check their stuff in a timely manner. They also got my order wrong and I didn't get my food for almost a hour when it was only supposed to take a half hour. I do not recommend ordering from this place. I will not be going through this KFC again.

Worst place I've ever been to I will never go back we went through the drive-thru they said pull around it will be ready in just a minute we ended up going inside and wait at 45 minutes they always forget to put your whole order in the bag worst place to go horrible

I ordered 3 strips and fries and Dr pepper cost 8.02 .. got home No receipt. Strips were so small. I will go to grocery land store from now on strips 3are 1.49 each and wedges 2 total will be 5.00. Will not go to KFC no more

I went in to pick up my mobile order and it wasn't ready by the time promised but no big deal. After I was given my bag of food I had to ask for my drinks (the sweet tea tasted nasty). Seeing how they totally forgot my drinks I decided to check my bag that was stickered closed and I was missing 4 more items. I asked for them and was still missing 1 item. The cashier did apologize for the missing items.
Went here on my 30-minute lunch break with my coworker. I waited over 30 minutes to be served, during which time my coworker ordered, was served, and ate his meal. I left with nothing.

If they mess up your order that's your problem. They give the dashers the wrong order, also your problem. Don't order the family meal they never put biscuits or sauces in the bag. Chicken always comes extra greasy and as if it's been cooked in dirty oil, they should probably change it more frequently. I normally don't review places when they're bad because maybe they had an off day but consistently it's just bad.
