I ordered a breast and thigh mild. I got a breast and wing. I had to get out of my car with a cane and walk back to the window. The last then handed me a thigh that was smaller than the wing. I asked her what was this little thing. She said it’s a thigh. It was 2in x 2 1/2in. My 2 yr old grandson couldn’t even get full off this. SMH😡 Popeyes has just lost a customer.
Most times the food is good there but you really have to check before you leave because they rarely honor their mistakes. The DM NEVER calls you. He accused me of trying to get free food??
If my order was wrong, you owe me. Period.
