The people were polite the food was great fresh I was absolutely satisfied with my visit I would absolutely tell my friends about this one here the hospitality was absolutely upscale and I'm happy that we have a place like this in our city our beautiful historical City we are blessed to have a Popeye's like this I don't want to overdo it but I think everybody in there deserves a raise forget five stars I give them 100 Stars great job guys see you soon around lunch time

I saw the new fish sandwich commercial and I decided to try one, even though this place employs inmates strait from prison, facts. I know making food is not really that hard so I gave them a try anyway. On March the 13th 2024, around 8pm . I pulled up to the drive-thru because the dining room was closed as usual because the laziness only allows them to focus on one thing. So I ask for the fish sandwich when someone finally pushed the button on the headset to take the order and not to my surprise, they were not making anymore that night and said "that I don't have to get nothing if I don't want to". And also told me that "Arby's, down the street got better fish sandwiches and that i should go there"..I said "nevermind" and that's when a whole gang of fast foodies came out to try and harm me because of thier lack of proper upbringing I suppose. Little did they know that they broke like 6 or 7 laws in the process , and they will be dealt with accordingly. It was a little bitty male manager with a blue wrinkled shirt and a bad haircut, and like 4 or 5 dirty looking humans as well with gravy stains on their shirts. I would advise you all to come prepared because these people have nothing to live for obviously and are willing to loose their life over chicken and such. I have a life , and i refuse to loose it over chicken or anything else, but chicken? I hope these folks get the help they need because you can't go around threatening customers. We are the reason you get a paycheck. But, it's a chicken house full of inmates , so what do you expect?

If I could give it zeros I would my order was wrong, it smelled like weed waited for 20 minutes for my drive-thru order when they said it would be 5 mins people who came after me left before me & NO I will not go there again!

My last two visits have been HORRIBLE in terms of customer service. The first had me driving away wondering how this young lady ties her shoes in the morning. Today was the worst. Woman at the drive thru kept impatiently asking "is that all," kept telling me to look at the menu for the sauce choices (Couldn't find it). I explained that it was probably me overlooking it, and asked if she could please tell me what the choices were. She complied, but her voice was flat and impatient. I tried smiling at her and lightly engaging with her at the window. She just looked at me and wouldn't say anything. I smiled at her. Nothing. She was just rude and it bordered on mean. I'll drive across town from now on.

I asked for a lot of cup of ice, and Of course a people said that's gonna be extra.... When I received my food. After already paying for the extra cup... Once again, I've got a chorus Response, that's gonna be extra. I said I've already paid for it... My twelve piece chicken nuggets / combo, Is red beans and rice, only had ten pieces in there... For eighteen dollars I felt like I was Is robbed... I wasn't happy with that amount of food. I felt like I ordered a happy meal. An eighteen dollars happy meal... At that price, they should gave me 3 cups ice.. I guess This is something you have to experience.... I didn't ask for a free Cup of ice.... And for eighteen dollars I said it got better customer service... Especially with the small amount of food that I got...
