The drive through lady was awesome she made it her goal to make me smile and that I had everything I needed... it was a breath of fresh air and I loved the staff there and highly recommend this
I love the fries. Automated speaker system was a pain. Staff was ok, Take money give bag. That was about it. Fries are all I ever get anymore. Everything is disgusting outside of that to me. Sad. It used to be a good quick fix.

This particular Rally's has upped the bar on customer service at things of that nature Riley says made the choice to use the automated speaker AI to order your food and it's the best thing that they could have done because Riley's was a slow before
