It shouldn’t take me 15 minutes to get two burgers and a fry...close it down
At June 20th at 1:20 am I'm to report an incident involving one of your employees and her son. When I picked up my order, I took a moment to take a photo of my receipt for my records. The employee opened the drive-thru window and told me, “Can you move forward a little so you can take a photo of the receipt?” Before I could properly respond, she abruptly slammed the window shut in my face. I never write reviews but this place was genuinely awful, we were waiting at the register and an employee came up, said nothing (not a hold on, just gotta grab this or anything) and sat there, I guess figuring out a mobile order, and walked off. Eventually ordered, took 30 minutes to make a biggie bag and a 10 pc, then waited an additional 10 for our drinks, only to leave and find they didn't even give us our sauce.
