Slow and sullen. It takes forever to get your order. The servers are sullen and act like they're doing you a favor by waiting on you. Food is really good and if you don't mind dealing with the rest you're in for a treat. If you're going through the drive through, take a book to read. They're that slow.Parking: Their lot is full of pot holes that haven't been repaired in what seems to be ages.
Lobby closed. Drive thru line only. Long wait to place order. Long wait to receive my food. Food was hot and fresh. Food was good but I won't be coming back to the Salem Ave location.

Holy Cow!! I worked there in the 1980's! I'm glad they kept the old sign. I'm even gladder they tore down the old building--it was a filth-infested mess. So was the manager, now that I think about it.Those memories are why I can never eat at Arby's, ever again. Enjoy your Jamocha shake.
