Trusting Peddler

Spent 45min in line waiting on 4 cars in front of me to get served. Are they having to kill a new chicken or cow for each order? I eventually got sick of waiting and pulled off. Will not be back.

Definitely the worst experience I went through the drive through 20 minutes ago now its 12:36 pm and the person taking the orders in the drive through refused to do his job and didn't want to take our order walked in store to confront manager and was very unprofessional still refusing to take our orders this store needs to be shut down. Employees refusing to do they're jobs and acting out of conduct young lady at the register kept acting out of conduct as well unprofessional shut it down ..

worst wendy’s i’ve ever been to. woman taking my order was not very nice and definitely doesn’t not need to be working in customer service. i work in customer service too now and i’d never talk to my customers the way she talked to me, she rushed us and wouldn’t give us a second to look at the menu, when we asked for peppermint frostys she rudely told us they didn’t have any. when we got to the window she barely acknowledged us and was speaking to another employee. the food is also not hot feels like it was just sitting under a heater for a while and tastes that way too.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Slow service every time I go here and every other time their “system goes down” and can’t order a thing. More likely that they don’t wanna do actual work and can just do nothing for hours on end.

This place is a joke and the lady in drive thru taking orders was rude and didn’t give me time enough to add another item to my order then get to the window to add it to be told it’s against their policy to add anything else at the window cause there was 2 cars behind me . To top it off no receipt was given tried to call to speak to a manager and it kept ringing and ringing after 1 1/2 I hung up willNot be returning to Wendy’s period at any other locations
