The staff is generally sweet and accommodating, as they were able to freshly prepare pan-seared vegetables for a health-conscious customer. However, there have been instances where the chicken was tough and there was a lack of sufficient rice in the bowl, which may explain a preference for Chipotle. The crew's attitude could use improvement as well.
