“My family and I really like coming to this Subway location. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable when we want to try new menu items and the inside of the store consistently looks well organized and clean. Bathrooms are also clean which is not usually the case at many fast food joints. Chicken bacon is my go-to sub and if I ask for extra veggies no one ever complains. “When it comes to Hot Head Burritos, this is the prime example of what one of these franchises should be. The Food and employees are the best. Bar none. They are so good that I refuse to go to any other location. I've been to the other ones close to this location and the employees didn't do anything wrong. But they certainly were not the same as the ones at the Tipp City location. I have tried everything besides one item that is on the menu. So far, I have yet to come across anything that I do not like. For extra fun, I have the employees make me whatever they feel like making. Again, I have yet to have anything that I do not like. So if you have never tried Hot Head, or you just haven't tried this location, take the trip to the one in Tipp. You will not regret it.“
“Just wanted to give a shout out to the young man who brought my food to my car. This was the first time that someone actually checked to make sure I had my order before running off at a fast food place. He realized I didn’t have a straw and went back in to get one for me. The food was hot and my coffee was very good.“

So this young lady can get the recognition she deserves....Regarding the food..... I've had the following: 2 for $6 fish sandwiches, 2 for $6 regular Arby's roast beef, 2 for $7 regular Arby's beef & cheddar..... Jamocha shake, krinkle cut French fries, their 8 ounce Roast Beef, and 8 ounce Beef & cheddar .... everything we have ordered has met & exceeded my expectations..... also the order's were always correctMy family & I recommend the 8 ounce aka 1/2 pound Roast Beef , 8 ounce Beef & Cheddar, Krinkle cut French fries, & Jamocha shakes..... unless you are using a coupon the 8 ounce ( 1/2 pounder ) versions of roast beef are better $ deal.... the krinkle cut French fries stay hot longer , crispy on the outside and soft In the middle....Please keep up the good work please... it's rare nowadays....Side note: I wish the Tipp City McDonald's had the same smiles, happy faces, & service....“
“Honestly the best canes in ohio and I've been to half the ones in Columbus and dayton, they never heck it up and I've never had a bad experience and it's always clean on the inside and the bathrooms are extremely nice and thought out:) would highly recommend this one!! Plus even when the drive through is full it's LESS THAN 10min!!!!!“
“Visit probably once a week. Generally friendly staff. Biggest complaint is the order is constantly wrong. They make it right, and don't argue, but when going through drive through it's annoying to either go in, or have to call and complain because it's wrong.“
