“This location was recently remodeled to add additional seating and improved the efficiency of the drive-thru. The food and service levels are typically excellent. My wife ordered the 8 count chicken nuggets today. She only received 7 and the majority of them were very small and lukewarm. I discussed the issue with Shanequa, one of the Chick Filet team members. She immediately addressed the issue and replaced the nuggets with a new fresh hot order. We appreciate that she took the initiative and provided excellent customer service! Thank you Shanequa!“

“We had the 3-Way Chili and a Cheese Coney, and both were excellent! I really loved the unique flavor of the chili, and everything tasted great. The service was very good, and our food came out quickly. The restaurant was very clean with a nice, comfortable atmosphere. Prices were fair, although I thought the portions could have been a little bigger. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely eat here again!“

“Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that I should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.“

“Remember going to this place as a kid. Recently had a craving for an old school root beer float. Was worried that my expectations were too high and I would be disappointed. Thankfully I was pleasantly surprised, its just as I remembered as a kid. The staff is super nice and it still has the old school vibe. We looking forward to making it a new tradition!“

They were busy, overwhelmed and clearly short staffed yet somehow the woman was taking exceptional care of her customers and the male worker with her was awesome. They both need a raise.. and lots of praise. Our food was great and they were both still so polite despite the situation. Great job!“

“As someone with celiacs disease chipotle is one of the few places I can get a takeout meal. I've been here countless times over the years, always ordering on the app, and my bowls are always ready when I stop by to pick them up omw home from work. Im very sensitive to gluten and have never had issues with cross contamination. Ive probably been to 5-6 different Chipotles and this store does the best. Went to the Piqua location and had to wait 20 minutes for my bowl that I had ordered online - I've never had this with the troy location. Kudos to the staff and management. The only negative thing I can say is sometimes the fajita veggies aren't cooked as much as I like them but overall 5/5.“

“Fast service and good subs for a fast food chain. Inside was really clean and staff were professional, polite, and quick. Even with a line we were in and out in about 5 minutes.

When the order came.out at the end of the line the person handing out the order verified what we had (a couple of special requests) before handing the food to me.

“Emily is a sweetheart and does her job with a smile. She actually listens to your sandwich wants and gives you what you want.I wish Subway would rethink the bags they use for 'togo' orders because the paper bags are not good enough. I have had to pick stuff up out the parking lot a few times.“

While placing my order at the speaker, I asked for a Whopper Jr and before I could add medium onion rings I was rudely interrupted to be asked if I wanted cheese. Very clearly, I said NO, then proceeded with my order. 2 items. At the window I get a full size Whopper WITH cheese. Why bother interrupting me if you disregard what I say anyway?“

I called and made an order but then called back and doubled the order. Picked up the food that they had prepared fresh chicken and biscuits for my order.
