“I felt a bit rushed with ordering. And there was pop dripping all down the sides of the pop, the lady working the counter was about to hand me, and I kindly asked her if she could please wipe it off for me, and she used her hand and her shirt to wipe it off. And she was the manager. (And mind you, I'm handicapped. I use a cane, so I was hoping that she would be able to help me without me having to worry about getting all wet and sticky or having to wipe it off myself) But I just couldn't believe that the manager did this.

“Gotta have skyline when I pass through the Cincy area. This location was a random pick of the many along the interstate. Food was great. The service was a little lacking for the first time ever at any location. I will go back to Skyline when I am in the area, but perhaps not this one as there are many to choose from“

“We love culvers. We rank them very high, up there with Chic fila in customer service. We usually get terrific drive through service. This evening I came through twice. ( I had two lowes trips for a home project) Both times my order had omissions, even though the person taking my order repeated it correctly. Missing fries in first order. Missing topping on my sunday second trip. 6/2/22… 530 & 8pm. Maybe tighten up the training on the drive through for that crew. Otherwise it was good.“

“Ate here tonight and dined in. First of all.. give CREDIT to the 2 staff members who literally working their butts off. They were busy, overwhelmed and clearly short staffed yet somehow the woman was taking exceptional care of her customers and the male worker with her was awesome. They both need a raise.. and lots of praise. Our food was great and they were both still so polite despite the situation. Great job!“

“Old fashioned root beer and coney dog establishment. I call this place old reliable because it never disappoints. It’s a rite of passage for summer here, I go frequently while it’s open. Coney dogs are excellent but their homemade root beer is great!“
