Food is always good..the problem I had was an accidental overpayment on the tip..it was Punched in as 20.00 instead of the 2.00 the 2 employees said it wasn't a problem it's happened before that they would just put it back in back on my card .well that never happened..they were very dishonest about the
giving 3 stars bc when bill is there its 5 stars when bill is not at work it's 0 stars!!! The people working don't speak English has no idea what they are doing it would be easier to go behind the counter and make my sub myself rather than repeating myself 5 times!! LEAVE THE HIRING AND MANAGEMENT TO BILL HE IS WHAT MAKES THE STORE SO GREAT!!!

Ran into rude customer service at this subway. Also this is the rare one that hardly ever participates in special deals (BOGO, etc). I always order pickup from the app…order may be cold or it may be wrong. You would think they would try harder since our town has several scattered about.
