Ran into rude customer service at this subway. Also this is the rare one that hardly ever participates in special deals (BOGO, etc). I always order pickup from the app…order may be cold or it may be wrong. You would think they would try harder since our town has several scattered about.
I used to love this subway but the new owners are ruining it. The food was stale, myorder had to be repeated several times, and the lady seemed irritated that she had to take my order to begin with she rolled her eyes when she had to get up.

Food is always good..the problem I had was an accidental overpayment on the tip..it was Punched in as 20.00 instead of the 2.00 the 2 employees said it wasn't a problem it's happened before that they would just put it back in back on my card .well that never happened..they were very dishonest about the

Good food. The people are awesome. They make Fine sandwiches. The rating is due to the coupons. Every subway I go to you can only use certain ones and certain places and it's all different. I think they should send up coupons valid at all locations. Why should I have to go 14 subways so I can use all my coupons?

No longer a company owned Subway! Worst sandwiches ever! Bread was dried out they were stingy with vegetabletoppings but were more than ready to send me home with a mayo filled sub. Too bad the service AND food was soo BAD because you have the ideal spot being so close to the high school.

giving 3 stars bc when bill is there its 5 stars when bill is not at work it's 0 stars!!! The people working don't speak English has no idea what they are doing it would be easier to go behind the counter and make my sub myself rather than repeating myself 5 times!! LEAVE THE HIRING AND MANAGEMENT TO BILL HE IS WHAT MAKES THE STORE SO GREAT!!!

English isn't the primary language used here. I had to repeat every ingredient about 6 times, and resorted to pointing and shaking my head yes or no. Needless to say, 1 of the 2 subs weren't correct. I decided it would be easier to just leave instead of having the 3 of them try to fix it. I'd use a different Subway in Troy.
