“Visit probably once a week. Generally friendly staff. Biggest complaint is the order is constantly wrong. They make it right, and don't argue, but when going through drive through it's annoying to either go in, or have to call and complain because it's wrong.“
“Didn't write the order out. Got one of them wrong. Mine sat till the French fries were soft. Heard waitress telling ng another customer what she had ordered and the customer said no I ordered a big boy and she said no you ordered a buddy boy. So the lady just said fine and ate it. Never had a problem here before till today.“
“Quesadilla salad was good, quesadilla itself was nothing special, no sour cream. It was fine, but wouldn't order again. The mashed potatoes on my husband's dinner were not house made, they looked like they were squeezed out of a tube, very unappetizing to look at, but tasted ok. Same for the chicken, looked unappealing, tasted ok.“
“Almost always get great service and speed. Tonight was not my typical experience. While placing my order at the speaker, I asked for a Whopper Jr and before I could add medium onion rings I was rudely interrupted to be asked if I wanted cheese. Very clearly, I said NO, then proceeded with my order. 2 items. At the window I get a full size Whopper WITH cheese. Why bother interrupting me if you disregard what I say anyway?“
“Kind of robotic... Order from kiosk, have to use a QR Code to get a pop but doesn't give enough time to let the fizz go down before it shuts you out.Food was good. Like the steak burgers and the all beef hot dog.Shake machine has been down for a long time.... This restaurant is "Steak no Shake".“
“I purchased the 2 for $3 breakfast - egg and cheese biscuit (first time) and the breakfast potatoes. The biscuit is not a choice I would normally make, but it was good. The potatoes were of better quality than the last time I had them (~2 years ago) - none had any bad spots this time. I would still prefer a different bread choice but this was a good value meal that I would purchase again.“
“Food was great, nice and hot. I took a chance by stopping, knowing that only 5 mins left for breakfast but I was not disappointed. Originally I took a break from this location for not having good service, although now I see that was a mistake. This staff that they had this morning 3/06/24 amazed me. Apologetic, and working their butts off. They were really hustling and trying to make everyone happy. This was great to see. I will be back? thanks guys. And you did it all with a smile“
“McDonald's food is trash, no matter how you look at it.But it's not this restaurant's fault. Aside from the food, everything about this McDonald's is great.They are very polite at the drive thru (something uncommon these days), and if you have to wait around the corner for your food, they are still quick and efficient.“
“It was really, really good! The daily special of a Buddy Boy and Salad Bar for only $8 was awesome! You can’t even get McDonalds for that price now, and it was a pretty healthy meal depending on the choices you make at the salad bar. There was also soup, spaghetti, some good chocolate pudding, and other items there too. Service was great too. Would highly recommend!“
“Stopped here on a motorcycle ride. A local hangout with lots of regulars but Michael and the staff welcomed me at the counter like family. Busy lunch crowd for obvious reasons--the food is homemade and it is AMAZING. A contender for best burger in Ohio and I've tried a lot of them all over the state. Today I had a double cheeseburger and mac salad. Plenty of seating available. Interesting, clean restroom. Lots of free street parking. Take your time and enjoy this experience because although the service was generally quick, this isn't "fast food." Take cash to pay your bill. Altogether I paid about $12, including tip, for my double burger, mac salad and root-beer. A bargain, I believe. I will ride here from Columbus in the future JUST FOR THE FOOD!Vegetarian options: There are a lot of yummy, non-meat menu items that are all homemade. But the burgers are so awesome, I think they might cause meatatarianism.Parking: There were plenty of free street parking spots available when I visited at about noon on a Monday.Kid-friendliness: Kids seemed to survive the busy lunch crowd unscathed.“
