“Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that I should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“First off let me start off by saying Kaylynn was my server & she was THEE SWEETEST & so attentive!
My drink was never empty, she worked so quick & efficiently. Unfortunately the cooks are incompetent & the manager Craig, was upset with the SERVER for not communicating to the cooks better? by the time I overheard him “correcting” her I completely lost my appetite. Especially after he threatened shifts against her. Absolutely no reason for it, and forsure no reason to embarrass her in front of customers. Craig needs to be dealt with! hire new cooks, new management. TREAT YOUR SERVERS BETTER.“
