I don't review chains very often, but a recent visit to this location left us impressed with how friendly the staff was, how clean the place was and of course, we loved the burgers & fries. “My daughter's autistic and has a very picky order. They will drop fries for her to have no salt and not complain like other restaurants. Employees are amazing and so kind to us. Hands down the only restraunt she will eat at.

“Wendy's on main Street Springfield Ohio puts McDonald's to shame, it's filled with nice clean respectful stuff even the restroom was clean! I refuse to go into public bathrooms but my 6 year old boy needed to go so no choice. But wasn't grossed out by smells or biohazards.Also the managers was training now staff and was polite and interacting with my son who charmed a chocolate frosty out of her! Good job ! Main Street!

“I had a small miscommunication with a food order and all of the ladies there were so kind and willing to help me! The manager prioritizes reoccurring customers and it is clear that she creates a positive environment for her staff! So thankful to still have a business that cares about their customers in Springfield!“

“Every time I come in, they are short on servers. My friend and I came in for lunch on a Saturday, and there was only 1 server waiting , busing and serving tables, and 7 people were in line to be seated and only 1 section of the restaurant was in use besides the bar area. The wait time was 15-20 minutes, which was really 30 +. 2 people left, and 3 were seated and Finally, we were seated when another server came on duty. Service was good ,food was hot and delicious 😋 Hire more servers Applebee's!“

“Food seemed to taste well but I got extremely sick a few hours after I ate it if that long. Service seemed to be fast ,and polite workers. Atmosphere - was out side through drive thru

Parking: Plenty of places to park, but it does sit on East main st ,so very busy road don't like the pulling in and pulling out the parking lot honestly

Kid-friendliness: They all seemed very helpful ,and kind to definitely be able to be approached or communicateing with a child

“Rally's is always a solid choice for a quick trip through the drive through. Very rarely a problem with the order, and when one crops up, they always immediately fixed it when brought to their attention. Will return, again and again and again.“

“I'm here everyday mostly to get my large sweet teas.. the new manager is extremely nice .. Workers are very friendly..... Love their fries ....Only problem I had was overcooked mozzarella sticks...Other than that the management team has improved in customer service. I would recommend this rally instead of south limestone or upper valley pike..“

“HUGE SHOUT-OUT to IHOP!! Today is our son's birthday and he really wanted IHOP for dinner. When we went in, the hostess informed us that their heat wasn't functioning 100% but if we wanted to stay we could sit in the back party room which was a bit warmer. Birthday boy really wanted IHOP so we decided to stay. SO GLAD we did!! We had incredible service, everything was delicious, and they truly went the extra mile to make it a special dinner for our special guy. Our server let us know she was leaving for the night just before we were done eating, so I asked the server who rang us out if I could make sure our original server received a fair portion of our tip since she was so excellent and served us for 99% of our visit. She said our server had been Stephanie, who was a manager and couldn't accept tips, but she would pass along the praise. So, since we couldn't leave the generous tip for Stephanie that we wanted (although we still tipped the server who wrapped us up) we wanted to make sure we gave her a shout-out to this amazing audience. We had such a great experience despite the cold and will definitely be dining there again soon!“

Parking: Limited spaces due to the location of the building. But plenty of parking at late night hours when you need a snack
