“Recently our group of eight went to Springfield Frisch's, E Main st. Service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Most of us had fish sandwiches, onion rings and hot fudge cake. We will definitely be back for more. Good job, Frisch's E. Main crew!“

“Had a great experience here!! Jeff, the manager, is very knowledgeable about food allergies and takes it seriously. Our granddaughter has a severe wheat allergy and rarely gets to eat at restaurants. We ordered her a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce. Jeff made sure gloves were changed on the line and that no contamination occurred. I can’t express how grateful we are that he took the time to care about her food allergies and made a 7 year old little girl very happy. So thank you!!“

“Wendy's on main Street Springfield Ohio puts McDonald's to shame, it's filled with nice clean respectful stuff even the restroom was clean! I refuse to go into public bathrooms but my 6 year old boy needed to go so no choice. But wasn't grossed out by smells or biohazards.Also the managers was training now staff and was polite and interacting with my son who charmed a chocolate frosty out of her! Good job ! Main Street!

“I’m sorry I’m late but I came to this Burger King on 7/29/26. This was the best Burger King in years. The night shift got me right. The food was sooooooo fresh and the customer service was a 10 out of 10 the cook was 🔥. I lost my receipt that I had that night. So I can’t remember everybody’s name but I think I remember one of their names Janae? And the night time manager was super awesome. Thanks guys“

“We went through the drive through this afternoon, gave our order and drove off. Both employees were very engaging young people and I have to tell you we had THE BEST Blizzards that we have ever had. “A friend and I drove through for lunch last week. Unfortunately, the drive through now has AI taking the orders. It was silly, it kept asking the same questions, and interrupting me. Once we got our order in, it was quick. The order was correct, and tasted fine.“

“The restaurant was clean, our food was delicious and on time. Our server Pamela was wonderful, happy and, quick to get anything we requested. Would definitely go back again and hope to be served by Pamela again. The manager on staff (unsure of name) was also amazing. Every staff member that helped us was also friendly and happy. I recommend giving them a try. We went on a Friday around 7pm and it was packed but everything went smooth.“

“Other than the wait on our food Vanya our server did fabulous. As a 15 year food service manager we recommend cross training the crew to understand multiple positions the manager got stuck in the back cooking and training when she could of been over seeing her crew and patrons. But other wise we ate food was decent. Ty again Vanya“
