Our granddaughter has a severe wheat allergy and rarely gets to eat at restaurants. We ordered her a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce. Jeff made sure gloves were changed on the line and that no contamination occurred. I can’t express how grateful we are that he took the time to care about her food allergies and made a 7 year old little girl very happy. So thank you!!“

“I have said it before and I will say it again I will always hate the kiosk ordering at Taco Bell. But that is not to say that this Taco Bell is bad. It was Surprisingly clean, and the employees there were incredibly nice. They came up to me when they didn’t know what I wanted on my order and asked me for clarification to make sure that they were getting it right 100% of the time and for that I give them points in terms of the taste. “Wendy's on main Street Springfield Ohio puts McDonald's to shame, it's filled with nice clean respectful stuff even the restroom was clean! I refuse to go into public bathrooms but my 6 year old boy needed to go so no choice. But wasn't grossed out by smells or biohazards.Also the managers was training now staff and was polite and interacting with my son who charmed a chocolate frosty out of her! Good job ! Main Street!

From the moment we pulled up, he was fast, polite, and professional, you could tell he really cared about providing great service.
He made sure our order was out the window and correct, kept things moving quickly, and still took the time to be friendly and personable.
It’s rare to find someone who makes a simple stop for food feel like a genuinely good experience, but Dee absolutely did that.
You can tell he takes pride in his job and enjoys connecting with customers.

“The staff at this Pizza Hut are awesome! Momma V took our order and as always was very entertaining and friendly. When she brought our order out, she informed us that the back staff had messed up part of the order and that she was sorry but they were remaking the order immediately! The manager AND the pizza maker also came out and apologized as well. Such a wonderful crew and was an unexpected surprise to see acknowledgement of error and remedy even without customer complaint. “Went for lunch. There are so many items to choose from now. Hard to tell that Arby's still sells roast beef. Service was good. Food came quickly. Disappointed with the curly fries. I must have gotten the bottom of the bag. Mostly small bits.“

“I went there on a Saturday night about 1252 am. That's 8 minutes before they closed. The robot voice took my order and tried to sell me the whole menu. I ordered a bacon burger and fries. Rallys has the best fries. I went home and enjoyed exactly what I ordered. I'm glad this year's almost over. I saw the same message in the clouds. Sleep with an electrician day is 364 days a year. Except leap year, it's 365. Tell me the day. You can't go wrong. Our only day off is Labor Day. I'll be doing the parade wave. That is it.“

“Very impressed with guy working on the line (glasses, tatts up both arms, didn't catch his name) who made my order in what had to be record time. I placed an order online (not the app as I explained to the person drive thru) and went to the counter when the site said it was ready. It was not, they didn't even have it, due to intermittent Internet in drive thru they had just found out about it when I asked.
After explaining that my order was placed online not the app, that I was calm after being told to calm down and verifying that my order was the one with my name on it with the drive thru person, the super fast dude from the line asked what I had. I started to tell him, he found it on his lil screen and it was maybe 5 minutes later than he handed my bag. The drive thru person apologized and advised about their Internet, I said I got spectrum I get it LOL. Dude handed me my bag and apologized, andi ate the cinna twists that I didn't order yet found their way into my bag otw way home ?“

“Recently went there and got two fish,chicken and huspuppie dinners. They were a little bit smaller,but not that much. I still got plenty full and the fish was awesome. My wife likes the chicken and she said it was very good. Service was quick and easy as it has gotten much better since first reopening. Probably had a few hit ups to work through. Going back soon!“

“This is a tiny location, not really meant for dine-in as it only has a couple of awkwardly placed tables. But for carry-out it was great. The lady taking my order was pretty friendly, which I did not expect with the general vibe. When I went back in to get it, the guy again was friendly. Pizza was cooked perfectly, and was good. I'd recommend based on just this one experience.“
