“Had a great experience here!! Jeff, the manager, is very knowledgeable about food allergies and takes it seriously. Our granddaughter has a severe wheat allergy and rarely gets to eat at restaurants. We ordered her a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce. Jeff made sure gloves were changed on the line and that no contamination occurred. I can’t express how grateful we are that he took the time to care about her food allergies and made a 7 year old little girl very happy. So thank you!!“

“We had such a nice experience at Penn Station today. All of the employees were positive, sweet, efficient, and helpful. There was a genuinely positive vibe in the restaurant. One of the employees showed me how they slice the potatoes. I was very happy to see that they had a young man working who was differently abled. He did a fantastic job with our order! “Wendy's on main Street Springfield Ohio puts McDonald's to shame, it's filled with nice clean respectful stuff even the restroom was clean! I refuse to go into public bathrooms but my 6 year old boy needed to go so no choice. But wasn't grossed out by smells or biohazards.Also the managers was training now staff and was polite and interacting with my son who charmed a chocolate frosty out of her! Good job ! Main Street!

“I have said it before and I will say it again I will always hate the kiosk ordering at Taco Bell. But that is not to say that this Taco Bell is bad. It was Surprisingly clean, and the employees there were incredibly nice. They came up to me when they didn’t know what I wanted on my order and asked me for clarification to make sure that they were getting it right 100% of the time and for that I give them points in terms of the taste. It’s pretty much what you would come to expect from Taco Bell and that’s not a bad thing especially when you are like me and craving Taco Bell they’re Mexican rice is very good, which is great because that’s like my Weakness. And all in all the experience, here was amazing. There were a few bits of garbage on the floor and a trashcan overflowing in the back, but other than that, the experience was pretty.“

“This is a tiny location, not really meant for dine-in as it only has a couple of awkwardly placed tables. But for carry-out it was great. The lady taking my order was pretty friendly, which I did not expect with the general vibe. When I went back in to get it, the guy again was friendly. Pizza was cooked perfectly, and was good. I'd recommend based on just this one experience.“

“I come here almost every weekend once a week lately. It’s usually the same people working the evenings. I always get two spicy chicken sandwiches- sauce and pickles on the side. My order is right every time, and the people are always nice. The sandwiches are driven out of town, and reheated in the air fryer. it’s critical the toppings are on the side. Some of the best comfort food, even reheated!

“Very impressed with guy working on the line (glasses, tatts up both arms, didn't catch his name) who made my order in what had to be record time. I placed an order online (not the app as I explained to the person drive thru) and went to the counter when the site said it was ready. It was not, they didn't even have it, due to intermittent Internet in drive thru they had just found out about it when I asked.
After explaining that my order was placed online not the app, that I was calm after being told to calm down and verifying that my order was the one with my name on it with the drive thru person, the super fast dude from the line asked what I had. I started to tell him, he found it on his lil screen and it was maybe 5 minutes later than he handed my bag. The drive thru person apologized and advised about their Internet, I said I got spectrum I get it LOL. Dude handed me my bag and apologized, andi ate the cinna twists that I didn't order yet found their way into my bag otw way home ?“

“December 23rd I showed up to pick up my Lee’s online order and it was slammed! There was at least 12 cars in from of me in the drive through and plenty of people parked. If I hadn’t placed my order online I probably wouldn’t have stayed. However I was out of the line with my hot food in less than 10 mins I think it was 7-8 minutes. All of our food was hot and great! Awesome job!“

“They have best luncheon meats and cheeses at the lowest prices in Springfield. Hands down. Their Amish cheese is a dollar more per pound but it is well worth the price. Silky smooth taste. Very mild well worth the price.“

Coming from a REGULAR customer of this location (I work retail at this mall & get lunch here often). Reeni is the BEST worker. I’ve had everyone here make my food at different points & Times & reeni gives incredible service EVERYTIME. I’ve gone in with it empty, packed, busy, slow, EVERYTHING- & reeni gives the same 5 star service everytime. I got off work & knowing it’s 30 minutes until the mall closes, I thought I could grab something to eat before leaving.

I went in to this Subway 30 mins before close, I took way too long to order (sorry- indecisive!) & asked a million questions before placing ANY order. And still Reeni was so patient, so helpful, and made a BOMB sandwich!!!
