“Canes has the best chicken fingers ever! Texas toast cooked browned but not hard. Special sauce is made daily. Our fries and chicken was hot when ordered. Not sure of locations around country, but in Ohio its a great place to stop in for dinner. 3 fingers, lots of fries all fresh for 9 dollars. Can't beat that! Customer service was excellent. “Had a great experience here!! Jeff, the manager, is very knowledgeable about food allergies and takes it seriously. Our granddaughter has a severe wheat allergy and rarely gets to eat at restaurants. We ordered her a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce. Jeff made sure gloves were changed on the line and that no contamination occurred. I can’t express how grateful we are that he took the time to care about her food allergies and made a 7 year old little girl very happy. So thank you!!“

“I took my kids to this location yesterday as a treat since school is about to start. We went inside but found out the dining room was closed. It was pretty obvious why, it was super hot. I’m thinking the AC is out. We weren’t ignored in the lobby, but I could tell the drive-thru was the focus at that time so we were standing there waiting for a bit - totally okay. I ended up deciding to just take my kids through the drive-thru. I have 3 kids and we all got food and ice cream 😬 When I tell you the person on the speaker was sooo nice. Usually when I order food from places, they ask “Is that it” continuously. It gives me anxiety. Like dang I know I’m getting a lot of food, I have a lot of kids. I’m sorry 😭😂 Anyway, again the person on the speaker did not make me feel rushed at all. Then at the window, the employee was so polite and even apologized for the wait on the food which wasn’t necessary because it really wasn’t that long, but I appreciated it. “Wendy's on main Street Springfield Ohio puts McDonald's to shame, it's filled with nice clean respectful stuff even the restroom was clean! I refuse to go into public bathrooms but my 6 year old boy needed to go so no choice. But wasn't grossed out by smells or biohazards.Also the managers was training now staff and was polite and interacting with my son who charmed a chocolate frosty out of her! Good job ! Main Street!

“I have said it before and I will say it again I will always hate the kiosk ordering at Taco Bell. But that is not to say that this Taco Bell is bad. It was Surprisingly clean, and the employees there were incredibly nice. They came up to me when they didn’t know what I wanted on my order and asked me for clarification to make sure that they were getting it right 100% of the time and for that I give them points in terms of the taste. It’s pretty much what you would come to expect from Taco Bell and that’s not a bad thing especially when you are like me and craving Taco Bell they’re Mexican rice is very good, which is great because that’s like my Weakness. And all in all the experience, here was amazing. There were a few bits of garbage on the floor and a trashcan overflowing in the back, but other than that, the experience was pretty.“

I placed an order online (not the app as I explained to the person drive thru) and went to the counter when the site said it was ready. It was not, they didn't even have it, due to intermittent Internet in drive thru they had just found out about it when I asked.
After explaining that my order was placed online not the app, that I was calm after being told to calm down and verifying that my order was the one with my name on it with the drive thru person, the super fast dude from the line asked what I had. I started to tell him, he found it on his lil screen and it was maybe 5 minutes later than he handed my bag. The drive thru person apologized and advised about their Internet, I said I got spectrum I get it LOL. Dude handed me my bag and apologized, andi ate the cinna twists that I didn't order yet found their way into my bag otw way home ?“

“I come here almost every weekend once a week lately. It’s usually the same people working the evenings. I always get two spicy chicken sandwiches- sauce and pickles on the side. My order is right every time, and the people are always nice. The sandwiches are driven out of town, and reheated in the air fryer. it’s critical the toppings are on the side. Some of the best comfort food, even reheated!

Even when we visit and eat the sandwiches right away the food is always hot and delicious. Customer service is always great. Keep up the great work!“
