“It's been years since I've been in this Arby's because I used to avoid it. It was always dirty and just looked unkept. I was in town and I really wanted a beef and cheddar so I figured I would just grab some food to go. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much it's changed for the better. I actually decided to sit in and eat my meal. The lady at the counter was very friendly and was busy cleaning between customers. As I sat here writing this review she walked by to get more cleaning done and took a second to ask if I enjoyed my lunch. Whatever you guys are doing here, keep doing it!“
“Always great service and fresh food! Gentleman at the window today was kind enough to make sure I wanted the extra cheese when I asked for an extra patty on my burger. Typically, other restaurants would just not put it on and then tell you that you have to ask for that too. I appreciate that he asked some follow up questions to ensure I was getting what I wanted! “I go to this location because I have had great experiences with the guy who has made my last two subs. I have a daughter with an extreme dairy allergy and he is very accommodating with changing his gloves and using a new knife so there is no cross contamination. I really appreciate that. “This location has the best service of any subway ever been to! This afternoon, since the local university was still closed for food options, I decided to get Subway. Within my online subway order I got myself a cookie and in the notes I said "if you can extra cookies are greatly appreciated!"A few minutes later I walk outside to go to Subway and it is pouring rain and 36°f. But when I got there soaking wet, I was surprised to see a bag full of cookies! That made my day! Thank you, Subway!“
