The Xenia, Ohio Arby's is extremely clean with pleasant, above-average service. I love the newer, sleeker look and especially that they were forward thinking and conveniently placed charging outlets. I am grateful for the coupons as it provides us a nice meal for far less than other fast food restaurants. Thank you.
We recently went to this Arby's and they were fast, friendly and the food was great. We really appreciated it and meant to put a review on here sooner. I believe the man's name that waited on us was Tony and the female manager was also very friendly and they had the place very clean!

It's been years since I've been in this Arby's because I used to avoid it. It was always dirty and just looked unkept. I was in town and I really wanted a beef and cheddar so I figured I would just grab some food to go. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much it's changed for the better. I actually decided to sit in and eat my meal. The lady at the counter was very friendly and was busy cleaning between customers.
