“Mistakes happen, and there was a problem with our order for a smothered burrito and a burrito bowl. The steak was messed up in both of them. I came back the next day and the manager (Jennifer) was SO nice And went out of her way to make it right and hook us up with a couple of replacements that were loaded and perfect! She took a super crappy experience and turned it into a great experience. Thanks Jennifer!!!“
