“We had such a nice experience at Penn Station today. All of the employees were positive, sweet, efficient, and helpful. There was a genuinely positive vibe in the restaurant. One of the employees showed me how they slice the potatoes. I was very happy to see that they had a young man working who was differently abled. He did a fantastic job with our order! Coming from a REGULAR customer of this location (I work retail at this mall & get lunch here often). Reeni is the BEST worker. I’ve had everyone here make my food at different points & Times & reeni gives incredible service EVERYTIME. I’ve gone in with it empty, packed, busy, slow, EVERYTHING- & reeni gives the same 5 star service everytime. I got off work & knowing it’s 30 minutes until the mall closes, I thought I could grab something to eat before leaving.

I went in to this Subway 30 mins before close, I took way too long to order (sorry- indecisive!) & asked a million questions before placing ANY order. And still Reeni was so patient, so helpful, and made a BOMB sandwich!!!
