“I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The flavor was good and similar to other Panera Bread locations. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

Vegetarian options: There are quite a few vegetarian options but I do not believe the are many options for soup just tomato or squash. No vegan options for soup.

Dietary restrictions: They have options for pretty much any diet.

Parking: There are a limited number of parking spots near the entrance.

Kid-friendliness: There are kid options on the menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is wheelchair accessible but is on the smaller side and may not be quite comfortable to get around.“

“I love the sandwiches the service is great the only thing is they need to put some green olives in there along with their black olives cuz I do not care for black olives they need to add green olives to their repertoire of ingredients that they put on their Pizza but their subs are out of this world I would recommend that to anyone and everyone I put my own green olives on it when I got home and you can't leave there without at least buying a cookie I recommend the dark chocolate with the white chocolate chips“

“I got the Tony and it was excellent. The menu is limited, might want to expand sandwich choices even just using different combinations of the same meats / cheeses and toppings. Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.“

They were so nice - allowed us to change out meat selections and breads without any fuss at all. Picked them up an hour before the event, and sandwiches and toppings were all fresh and delicious. Wheelchair accessibility: Possible difficulty getting-have seen one customer do it w/o hassle. Easy to rearrange chairs once inside.“

“The food here was the same as other subways and the service was good.Their restroom is not maintained very well and some of the standard options that subway usually has were missing in this restaurant which was weird.

Vegetarian options: They have some options for vegetarians but the veggie pattie was not available at this outlet when I last visited them.“

“I went there yesterday at 5:32 pm! I was blown away at how carefully and precisely these two young men were making the sandwiches. We live in a society where a lot of things are rushed, but I really appreciated their service.I ordered a veggie wrap with tuna, and it was great . “On 9/7/24 after 2pm a female worker that was darkskin and I think she had dreadlocs serviced me. From the very beginning she was polite. She was very professional and patient and made my sandwich perfectly. I must say the location was very clean, fully stocked and organized. By the end of my transaction I was happy to leave a tip. “Never had a issue till now, I placed an order to be picked up before the store was closed and when I went to pick it up it wasn't made and got told they was closed I understand closing can be annoying I work next door and have to deal with the same things and understand that they probably didn't want to make the order because of how close it was to closing but now I have to wait even longer to eat when I was really looking forward to that sandwich and cookies and then when I asked for a refund I got told I had to place it for over the website when I went through the app and then still had to call the store to get refund“

“I ordered a 4 cheese, and they brought me a ham and cheese. It was still delicious. I'll be happy when we can get rid of these masks and actually understand each other. I will also be happy when you can put the mayo packets out. I had to wait a long time to get it. Had a received the grilled cheese that I actually ordered, I wouldn't have needed mayo.“

“The staff is really doing their best. I am sad the new subway churros kinda suck, but a sub is a sub and I am happy to get one here. I would go back to this subway, but not sure it is my top choice on Brown street as far as subs go. Long wait due to online order, not sure what that would look like on another day.
