“I've been here a couple of times, and have been blown away with each item I've tried. In fact, this place may have the best sandwiches I've ever had. I've tried the cold cut trio, the Tony, and the Gabagool. Each was unique in their flavor combinations, but all hit the same height in terms of taste and quality. Definitely will be looking to try each menu item.In addition to the really, really good food, the atmosphere is great. The small, curated grocery section was fun to look at, the place is decorated really well, and the service was amazing. The person taking our order was extremely welcoming and helpful, and I believe the owner came by and cleared our table and offered us a to-go bag. “Excellent food. If you've ever been to a Michigan Coney Island or eaten in Greek Town, you know what a good gyro is. The bread was perfect, the sandwich was packed full of goodness, and the service was ridiculously good. “This was my first visit here. First of all the young lady who waited on me should be the poster girl for what proper customer service should be. She was very helpful in assisting me with making my selections, and just very courteous overall. The food was excellent and the facility itself very, very clean. “First time at Penn Station, and it was great! The lemonade and the French fries were a big highlight for me. Fresh squeezed lemonade that tasted delicious with hot fries that reminded me of five guys. The fries were great, even though they are only seasoned with salt, and I needed to add a bit more salt because they came a little too bland for me. The employees were very nice and worked quickly, I didn't see any lazing around and felt like they enjoyed their jobs. The building was too cold.. I was freezing in there! Nonetheless, I would definitely visit again because the food was really good :)“

“The place had a old-fashioned vibe. I like the open kitchen concept where you can see a long kitchen under bright light. The guy taking my order was slightly awkward, but I mean it was pretty late so it was slowing down quite a bit. Cheesesteak sandwich and onion rings were both hot and tasty. I will give it a 5*.“
“Excellent subway! Walked in was greeted. Line was short-ish, girls were very nice and attentive. Got a FL Pro roasted chicken on a Italian herb abs cheese. Packkeeedddd out to the max, I like double meat and all the veggies and the did not disappoint. Absolutely fell apart lol. Prices were bad for me for $14 and change. Music was older and trendy. Everything was stocked except egg whites. Warm on a cold day as well. 10/10“

“The food here was the same as other subways and the service was good.Their restroom is not maintained very well and some of the standard options that subway usually has were missing in this restaurant which was weird.Vegetarian options: They have some options for vegetarians but the veggie pattie was not available at this outlet when I last visited them.“

Good thing I didn't check tripadvisor or I wouldn't have went to this place for lunch. Most of the previous reviews on here don't do it justice. Well the cheesesteak sandwich was the best I've had. The sauce on it was amazing. The kids really enjoyed the chicken fingers and fries. To be fair, it is a bit pricey. For a couple $ less this would be awesome. But at this price point I would go back when I'm in the area for a visit for sure. Wished they would put one in Indy. Cheesesteaks here are about average at most of our sandwich shops. “I looked at all the negative reviews for this location. However, my experience was excellent. Upon further review, I couldn't help but notice that most negative reviews involved delivery which makes me think that quite possibly, the problem is not with Jimmy John's or the employees at this location but rather the delivery service used. Maybe the delivery service employee needed to feed themselves and/or their family and took part of these people's order knowing that the blame would fall on the employees of Jimmy John's. IDK, just have my suspicions. I would never trust a third party delivery service. This is why I do not utilize third party delivery services. Just saying.“
