“I got the Tony and it was excellent. The menu is limited, might want to expand sandwich choices even just using different combinations of the same meats / cheeses and toppings. Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.“

“I go to many different Penn Station locations and just out of the ones here in Dayton, the Linden Avenue location has to be the best. The group of girls that work in here are top notch and run it like a well-oiled machine. The food is always on point, the staff is very friendly, and it’s always fast. Even when they are packed, they seem unfazed and continue to execute and provide great service! Come here almost weekly, and have never been disappointed!“

“This is either a hit or miss, no in between. They absolutely never give me my double chocolate chip cookies, and they never call me to tell me they ran out. The give me some nasty oatmeal crap substitute and that's just not acceptable.“

“On 9/7/24 after 2pm a female worker that was darkskin and I think she had dreadlocs serviced me. From the very beginning she was polite. She was very professional and patient and made my sandwich perfectly. I must say the location was very clean, fully stocked and organized. By the end of my transaction I was happy to leave a tip. “After watching an episode of the Foods that Built America that included Blimpie and Subway I wondered if there was still a Blimpie around because I hadn’t had it years. At first I was let down when I saw it was in a gas station but I went anyway and was pleasantly surprised. The station and restaurant look to be family owned and operated and were extremely clean inside. I ordered a sub and the meat and cheese was sliced fresh in front of me. This was actually better than I remembered Blimpie being when I was younger. The bread was thick and fresh and they used to use premade rolls and pre sliced meat. They used to be about like Subway only slightly better. This was far better than any Subway. It was actually right in line with Jersey Mikes. I definitely recommend going here. They aren’t very busy so I fear it will close from lack of traffic but that would be a shame because it’s absolutely delicious.“

“It’s July 1st 2026 , around 6:30 I walked into Penn Statin with my grandson to eat A sandwich and some fries it wasn’t super busy at the moment that is until we sat down then it became extremely busy. There’s three people total and they’re working I could tell one gentleman was new he was kind of lost, but then there was Josh and Shay and I have never seen two people worked so hard to clear that rush .Josh was fixing orders that I believe the new man messed up. I can say that without feeling bad because he messed up mine. But these two people worked hard. I think they need a raise for sure they were trying to rake make it right for all their customers bravo Josh and Shay. “Love this place! First time I went to a Penn station I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich. To this day it's the only one I've ordered. Delicious. Hits the spot . Also the fresh made fries and fresh lemonade are worth it if you ask me. Good food when I can afford it and I don't want to eat at home.“

You can pick various sub sandwiches and also customize your sub- many options- chicken, turkey, beef, etc and many cheeses and lettuce and veggies and sauces.I decided to get a foot long chicken pesto sub with provolone, lettuce, green peppers, black olives with honey mustard. “I went on 6/26/25 and it was pouring down rain. There was a puddle of water on the floor with no wet floor sign. I took a while to review the new menu and wanted to an Italian BMT however I wanted to substitute the ham for turkey. I asked the girl and if this was possible and she thought about it and then said she couldn’t do it. Since when was it made to where meats couldn’t be substituted or that I couldn’t customize my sandwich the way I wanted? I couldn’t even do it through the app or remove anything. What if someone is allergic to something? Do they still have to get it or prove the allergy at this point.“
