“Subway is back !

I used to never get subway because the price has become too much for the quality you get. However, recently with promos they run through their app, I feel like I'm getting a good deal for some quality food. $7 footlong are something I can get beside. Please add Hot pepper to your options. Go buy jimmy peppers if you need too. Store was clean and staff was friendly.“

“I was quickly greeted when I entered the door! Everyone there was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very helpful. The steak and cheese subs were delicious and appealing. I will definitely be back. They also accepted the coupons. All in all it was a very pleasant experience with the store and staff. I must add that they were busy and still were this good....“

“I got the Tony and it was excellent. The menu is limited, might want to expand sandwich choices even just using different combinations of the same meats / cheeses and toppings. Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.“

Parking: There are about 4 spots in front of the restaurant and about 5 on the other side of the parking lot.

Dietary restrictions: I used to eat at Penn Station, but since I no longer can have gluten, I can't eat there. Penn Station doesn't have gluten-free bread, BUT Jersey Mike's DOES!! 🙂 It's soft too and tastes great!“

“This is the Subway located in downtown Franklin, OH. Everyone is always friendly and work hard to meet the demand of midsize and even large groups. The only drawback for these type groups is lack of available parking. The crew does a great job, though and the food is always good.“

“The Springboro, OH Jimmy John's is 'Deaf Friendly.' I ordered lunch using paper and pencil and the cashier gestured to an item on the menu to clarify. He communicated everything (i.e. credit card, where to pick up) with gestures. I love it when I meet people who 'go with it' and try their best to communicate even if they don't know sign. Vegetarian options: They have some options for vegetarians but the veggie pattie was not available at this outlet when I last visited them.“

“On 9/7/24 after 2pm a female worker that was darkskin and I think she had dreadlocs serviced me. From the very beginning she was polite. She was very professional and patient and made my sandwich perfectly. I must say the location was very clean, fully stocked and organized. By the end of my transaction I was happy to leave a tip. ““My experience with this establishment began on a normal day, when I found myself in need of the perfect sandwhich. A footlong white bread sub with double provolone cheese. As a matter of fact, a sub with ONLY provolone cheese on it. This is when I ran into Brady, a graduate from the local high school. From the moment I made my order I knew my sub was in safe hands. I watched in awe as he skillfully cut the bread into two symmetrical loaves and placed my sweet provolone on one slice at a time. “I love this location and most of the employees are great and extremely friendly. On occasion there is one young lady that makes me feel like I'm a nuisance for being a customer and tells me they can't do basic things that other employees do gladly, like a bit extra toasting is taking up her time. The store is generally well kept and clean and items are always fresh but lately lacking in variety they once had. I hope this doesn't mean change. Subways been a favorite since I was a kid and I love the nostalgia and that they stay true to their original values rather than changing with the times like so many other chains have. “It is a solid Penn Station location. It is never dirty or disorganized and the staff are always helpful and kind.

Ultimately it is just a sandwich shop and its not fancy inside. It is a great place to takeaway from although I have eaten inside several times and it works well enough for that.

“I ordered a 4 cheese, and they brought me a ham and cheese. It was still delicious. I'll be happy when we can get rid of these masks and actually understand each other.
