“Subway is back !

I used to never get subway because the price has become too much for the quality you get. However, recently with promos they run through their app, I feel like I'm getting a good deal for some quality food. $7 footlong are something I can get beside. Please add Hot pepper to your options. Go buy jimmy peppers if you need too. Store was clean and staff was friendly.“

“We ordered takeaway for Thanksgiving, and everything was cooked to perfection—the lasagne, brie, and olive cake were outstanding. The flavors were exquisite, and the staff was friendly and very service-oriented. Parking downtown Dayton was easy, and we’ll definitely be back.“

“I got the Tony and it was excellent. The menu is limited, might want to expand sandwich choices even just using different combinations of the same meats / cheeses and toppings. Sides and salads are limited, again might want to look at expanding. The grocery concept, I get it biggest complaint of downtown residents is lack of a grocery store. There selection is limited and didnt look like they covered the basics. I would either get in or out of thar business and maybe focus on being a sandwich shop.“

“I love the Godfather’s sub cold but today it fell short of the standard. I ordered as usual with light mayo and oil. It came with mustard and no oil, also quantity of lettuce and tomato were light. Disappointed mustard ruined it!“

“First time at this location. I usually got to Centerville or Beavercreek.
I am impressed with the service at all locations. When I entered the store, I was promptly greeted. I noticed two employees stocking the chips and cookies. Employees behind the counter were cleaning the area and prepping. There was nobody else in line so my order was placed right away.
I always enjoy my food here. My only complaint is that sometimes the bread is tough and hard to bite into. Otherwise, I have zero complaints about any of the food I have had there.
What impresses me the most is the employees! They are always professional and are never standing around doing nothing! It shows in the cleanliness of the store. I hope Jersey Mike's really appreciates their employees!“

“I went in to get drinks and use the restroom and the workers were kind and helpful and very nice. They deserve so much credit because a lot of the service people you meet now a days are not friendly or nice. I will definitely come back to this subway just for the service alone. “I go to many different Penn Station locations and just out of the ones here in Dayton, the Linden Avenue location has to be the best. The group of girls that work in here are top notch and run it like a well-oiled machine. The food is always on point, the staff is very friendly, and it’s always fast. Even when they are packed, they seem unfazed and continue to execute and provide great service! Come here almost weekly, and have never been disappointed!“

“This is the Subway located in downtown Franklin, OH. Everyone is always friendly and work hard to meet the demand of midsize and even large groups. The only drawback for these type groups is lack of available parking. The crew does a great job, though and the food is always good.“

“This is either a hit or miss, no in between. They absolutely never give me my double chocolate chip cookies, and they never call me to tell me they ran out. The give me some nasty oatmeal crap substitute and that's just not acceptable.“

“I’ve had some really good ordering experiences here. They are located down the road from me and the service is exceptional. I got a salad today that was chicken teriyaki. It was 9.99. The salad is a good size and the overall taste was great! I definitely recommend this place to friends and family in my life!“

“I ordered a 4 cheese, and they brought me a ham and cheese. It was still delicious. I'll be happy when we can get rid of these masks and actually understand each other. I will also be happy when you can put the mayo packets out. I had to wait a long time to get it. Had a received the grilled cheese that I actually ordered, I wouldn't have needed mayo.“

“I have been a customer at the Beavercreek, Ohio Subway on Indian Ripple Road for a few years now. Overall, I'd say it's about the cleanest Subway I been to in awhile. Overall food qualities varies. Sometimes my sub sandwhich orders are excellent & other times just fair to middlin due to older not so fresh veggies & hard bread. Good customer service no doubt and very nice ladies I usually deal with there, tho lately everytime I go there, they got new employees...sort of odd I guess. Overall, it's my first choice for Subway as long as I am living in this area for the next year. One annoying issue I don't care about is a large tip jar they now have by their register. Hmmmm, I walk in, place an order and pick up my food order & pay for my order there and they still try to make me tip? Nope. I still go there for my sub sandwhiches, but I do NOT believe in tipping on every possible reason under the sun. 4 stars.“

“This is the only penn station I will eat at . Being a recent agm at another location.. this store really knows how to push food through.. friendly , helping, and clean. Everytime we come in here .. greetings everytime! Today i have been checked on by 5 different workers including mangt. when leaving .. thank you have a great day. These days those values are tossed in the dirt but the management team here . Blue ,maroon and red shirts are all professional. Including the workers . Thank you for being a great place to eat.“

“I stopped in to this subway yesterday for my first time to try their new protein pocket and it was good , I mean really good. I picked the Italian trio one. The sandwich specialist made it with love and I tasted it in every bite. The store was clean, there was someone sweeping and cleaning while I was in there. I’ll be back again soon.“

“On 9/7/24 after 2pm a female worker that was darkskin and I think she had dreadlocs serviced me. From the very beginning she was polite. She was very professional and patient and made my sandwich perfectly. I must say the location was very clean, fully stocked and organized. By the end of my transaction I was happy to leave a tip. Even the other workers that later came out had smiles on their faces! Very clean great service highly recommended“

“The eating area appeared clean. The young man who waited on me was polite. I observed him washing his hands several times which is a plus for me. Years ago at a local Walmart Subway, I had to tell the lady, who waited on me at that time, to wash her hands.

“They actually cut your sandwich in half when you mobile order at this location and even put everything you need including napkins and straw in the bag for you. Mobile ordering has been nice with this location and everyone has been nice too when you come in“

“After watching an episode of the Foods that Built America that included Blimpie and Subway I wondered if there was still a Blimpie around because I hadn’t had it years. At first I was let down when I saw it was in a gas station but I went anyway and was pleasantly surprised. The station and restaurant look to be family owned and operated and were extremely clean inside. I ordered a sub and the meat and cheese was sliced fresh in front of me. This was actually better than I remembered Blimpie being when I was younger. The bread was thick and fresh and they used to use premade rolls and pre sliced meat. They used to be about like Subway only slightly better. This was far better than any Subway. It was actually right in line with Jersey Mikes. I definitely recommend going here. They aren’t very busy so I fear it will close from lack of traffic but that would be a shame because it’s absolutely delicious.“

“The Springboro, OH Jimmy John's is 'Deaf Friendly.' I ordered lunch using paper and pencil and the cashier gestured to an item on the menu to clarify. He communicated everything (i.e. credit card, where to pick up) with gestures. I love it when I meet people who 'go with it' and try their best to communicate even if they don't know sign. You make the world a better place. :)“

“It’s July 1st 2026 , around 6:30 I walked into Penn Statin with my grandson to eat A sandwich and some fries it wasn’t super busy at the moment that is until we sat down then it became extremely busy. There’s three people total and they’re working I could tell one gentleman was new he was kind of lost, but then there was Josh and Shay and I have never seen two people worked so hard to clear that rush .Josh was fixing orders that I believe the new man messed up. I can say that without feeling bad because he messed up mine. But these two people worked hard. I think they need a raise for sure they were trying to rake make it right for all their customers bravo Josh and Shay. I hope you have the fourth off because you deserve it after a night like tonight“

“Love this place! First time I went to a Penn station I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich. To this day it's the only one I've ordered. Delicious. Hits the spot . Also the fresh made fries and fresh lemonade are worth it if you ask me. Good food when I can afford it and I don't want to eat at home.“
