“I love the food at Jersey Mike's. No matter the location food is always top quality. The store itself is clean and well-maintained. My wait wasn't too long so that was great. The two problems with this specific location are: the staff and handling of foods with allergies. I'm giving grace on these things because most of the workers were young and it seems liked the one guy was new. They were very loudly talking about various places they vacationed while also helping customers. Not a huge issue for me, but you could tell they were distracted by trying to carry the conversation on and help customers. As for my allergy, they handled it like every other shop - wiped down the machine and the areas around the line, they also put my bread on a different paper, and changed gloves. Where the issue happened was that the newer guy used the mayo that was on the line, which the knife was on non-gluten bread so cross contamination happened. This is just a good relearning moment on allergies for your staff. Every other Jersey Mike's uses the squeeze bottles for allergies. Not sure if this was just a new person who didn't know, but nobody else guided him to do anything differently.“

“They normally always good. Great sandwiches and enjoy the fries i come here often. But 7/8/26 I placed an order online I dont live too far and decided to just get here early. I only saw two gentlemen working and were working on about 5 other sandwiches and still had some orders. They apologized saying they were busy but I told them I was early and was in no rush. They ended up making my food really fast and apologized again even though they still got it to me early. I was able to get it home with it still too hot to eat and had to let it cool off, everything was delicious. Really appreciated how fast they got it to me and I didnt even get there names 😞.“

“The Springboro, OH Jimmy John's is 'Deaf Friendly.' I ordered lunch using paper and pencil and the cashier gestured to an item on the menu to clarify. He communicated everything (i.e. credit card, where to pick up) with gestures. I love it when I meet people who 'go with it' and try their best to communicate even if they don't know sign. You make the world a better place. :)“

“Subby’s in Springboro has the best subs! Amazing food all around. I also want to give a very big thank you to one of the employees, I did not catch her name though. I spilled my drink on the table as I was leaving and she came out helped me clean up, and was so kind and sweet about it. I will be a returning customer for the food and the service.“

“Best sandwich place in town. Quite possibly the best restaurant in town! Staff is always friendly and professional. Restaurant is always clean. Food is excellent, especially the Roast Beef and Provolone done Mike's way. I love that I can earn points for free food.
Also, I overheard the manager handling a complaint over the phone. She was very professional and understanding with the caller. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she deserves a bonus or raise. Jersey Mike's is lucky to have her running the restaurant! “Just want to say that I go to several different jersey mikes religiously throughout the month, and this location is the best one by far. My food was made accordingly, and deliciously. You could tell they genuinely care and enjoyed their job. The place was spotless and everything was stocked. “At the time of this post they had a deal going on- chicken cheesesteak and fries for $7.49.
I upgraded the fries to the ultimate fries (which includes cheese, bacon bits and ranch).

Not going to lie, with the white flakes of snow falling down outside the fresh fries hit just right. Sandwich was delicious, I’m not being biased because I love chicken (I’m definitely not hyping this up because it’s chicken). It makes sense why Simon Malls chose this restaurant to serve the food court besides the other chosen restaurants there.
I look forward to eating here again!“

“This is the only penn station I will eat at . Being a recent agm at another location.. this store really knows how to push food through.. friendly , helping, and clean. “This is the Subway located in downtown Franklin, OH. Everyone is always friendly and work hard to meet the demand of midsize and even large groups. The only drawback for these type groups is lack of available parking. The crew does a great job, though and the food is always good.“
