“Subby’s in Springboro has the best subs! Amazing food all around. I also want to give a very big thank you to one of the employees, I did not catch her name though. I spilled my drink on the table as I was leaving and she came out helped me clean up, and was so kind and sweet about it. I will be a returning customer for the food and the service.“

“I love the food at Jersey Mike's. No matter the location food is always top quality. The store itself is clean and well-maintained. My wait wasn't too long so that was great. The two problems with this specific location are: the staff and handling of foods with allergies. I'm giving grace on these things because most of the workers were young and it seems liked the one guy was new. They were very loudly talking about various places they vacationed while also helping customers. Not a huge issue for me, but you could tell they were distracted by trying to carry the conversation on and help customers. As for my allergy, they handled it like every other shop - wiped down the machine and the areas around the line, they also put my bread on a different paper, and changed gloves. Where the issue happened was that the newer guy used the mayo that was on the line, which the knife was on non-gluten bread so cross contamination happened. This is just a good relearning moment on allergies for your staff. Every other Jersey Mike's uses the squeeze bottles for allergies. Not sure if this was just a new person who didn't know, but nobody else guided him to do anything differently.“

“They normally always good. Great sandwiches and enjoy the fries i come here often. But 7/8/26 I placed an order online I dont live too far and decided to just get here early. I only saw two gentlemen working and were working on about 5 other sandwiches and still had some orders. They apologized saying they were busy but I told them I was early and was in no rush. They ended up making my food really fast and apologized again even though they still got it to me early. I was able to get it home with it still too hot to eat and had to let it cool off, everything was delicious. Really appreciated how fast they got it to me and I didnt even get there names 😞.“

“The Springboro, OH Jimmy John's is 'Deaf Friendly.' I ordered lunch using paper and pencil and the cashier gestured to an item on the menu to clarify. He communicated everything (i.e. credit card, where to pick up) with gestures. I love it when I meet people who 'go with it' and try their best to communicate even if they don't know sign. You make the world a better place. :)“

“This is best Subway. Everything is always fresh. The store is clean inside and out. The owner is such a nice guy. I forgot I even ordered a sammie and as I was walking in he was on his way to bring it to me as I was in walking distance. He even called me once to verify if I wanted toasted or not because I usually do and I forgot to check it. 10/10. Highly recommend! I am counting the days til they have their amazing broccoli cheddar soup I fell in love with last winter.“

“My husband and my daughter go this Subway after the gym. The couple who run the restaurant are always very nice. They have most of our order memorized (except for when we decide to switch things up). :) Overall, we are pleased with the new management and look forward to getting our after-workout meal!“

“This is the Subway located in downtown Franklin, OH. Everyone is always friendly and work hard to meet the demand of midsize and even large groups. The only drawback for these type groups is lack of available parking. The crew does a great job, though and the food is always good.“

“We had a great experience today at Penn Station, Monroe. We were greeted promptly by a friendly staff and they had great rapport with us and each other. You could tell they genuinely care and enjoyed their job. The place was spotless and everything was stocked. It’s becoming more rare these days to see this sort of attention and care in this industry.“

I upgraded the fries to the ultimate fries (which includes cheese, bacon bits and ranch).

Not going to lie, with the white flakes of snow falling down outside the fresh fries hit just right. Sandwich was delicious, I’m not being biased because I love chicken (I’m definitely not hyping this up because it’s chicken). It makes sense why Simon Malls chose this restaurant to serve the food court besides the other chosen restaurants there.

“This is the only penn station I will eat at . Being a recent agm at another location.. this store really knows how to push food through.. friendly , helping, and clean. I used to never get subway because the price has become too much for the quality you get. However, recently with promos they run through their app, I feel like I'm getting a good deal for some quality food. $7 footlong are something I can get beside. Please add Hot pepper to your options. Go buy jimmy peppers if you need too. Store was clean and staff was friendly.“

“The first thing to know is that my husband is a traveling nurse. So, we have been in many different states. And I have to say that this is my absolute favorite subway. “The staff at this location are very sweet. They can be a little bit hard to understand but they do their very best to make the food properly. I generally have no issues. I will say that the meatball sub is rather dry because there's just not enough of anything on it and the bread soaks up the sauce just drying it out. There's Subway anywhere that I've ever encountered that has any type of nice atmosphere and that is just how they are set up.

Parking: It is wheelchair accessible other than the fact that a person in a wheelchair would likely have a difficult time pulling the door open. Which is actually a big deal for a person in a wheelchair. But technically, there is wheelchair access.“
