“Always clean and friendly.“

“I love the food at Jersey Mike's. No matter the location food is always top quality. The store itself is clean and well-maintained. My wait wasn't too long so that was great. The two problems with this specific location are: the staff and handling of foods with allergies. I'm giving grace on these things because most of the workers were young and it seems liked the one guy was new. They were very loudly talking about various places they vacationed while also helping customers. Not a huge issue for me, but you could tell they were distracted by trying to carry the conversation on and help customers. As for my allergy, they handled it like every other shop - wiped down the machine and the areas around the line, they also put my bread on a different paper, and changed gloves. Where the issue happened was that the newer guy used the mayo that was on the line, which the knife was on non-gluten bread so cross contamination happened. This is just a good relearning moment on allergies for your staff. Every other Jersey Mike's uses the squeeze bottles for allergies. Not sure if this was just a new person who didn't know, but nobody else guided him to do anything differently.“

“They normally always good. Great sandwiches and enjoy the fries i come here often. But 7/8/26 I placed an order online I dont live too far and decided to just get here early. I only saw two gentlemen working and were working on about 5 other sandwiches and still had some orders. They apologized saying they were busy but I told them I was early and was in no rush. They ended up making my food really fast and apologized again even though they still got it to me early. I was able to get it home with it still too hot to eat and had to let it cool off, everything was delicious. Really appreciated how fast they got it to me and I didnt even get there names 😞.“

“We got our to- go dinner at Springboro, Ohio Arby's while traveling. Food was the usual Arby's fare, and it was fine. We really enjoyed the easy camaraderie among the employees. After we placed our order and were waiting for our food, two young men each asked if we'd been helped, One inquired whether we were traveling, and asked where we were heading. They were just friendly, respectful employees who were on task with their jobs, but taking a moment to interact with us. It made our fast food experience much more enjoyable than usual.“

“The Springboro, OH Jimmy John's is 'Deaf Friendly.' I ordered lunch using paper and pencil and the cashier gestured to an item on the menu to clarify. He communicated everything (i.e. credit card, where to pick up) with gestures. I love it when I meet people who 'go with it' and try their best to communicate even if they don't know sign. You make the world a better place. :)“

“This is best Subway. Everything is always fresh. The store is clean inside and out. The owner is such a nice guy. I forgot I even ordered a sammie and as I was walking in he was on his way to bring it to me as I was in walking distance. He even called me once to verify if I wanted toasted or not because I usually do and I forgot to check it. 10/10. Highly recommend! I am counting the days til they have their amazing broccoli cheddar soup I fell in love with last winter.“

“My husband and my daughter go this Subway after the gym. The couple who run the restaurant are always very nice. They have most of our order memorized (except for when we decide to switch things up). :) Overall, we are pleased with the new management and look forward to getting our after-workout meal!“

“Forgot part of the order in the drive through. I called to have the missing items refunded. I was told that was not possible. Both employees I spoke to were rude. I placed a complaint, and received a call back the next day. I was told I would have to drive to the location if I wanted a refund. they could not refund the card. There are plenty of choices for food, this will not be on the list again. Iwill not be back. They could care less about the customer.“
