“Each year around Thanksgiving, we celebrate our employees with a company-sponsored breakfast. Despite economic challenges and tariffs negatively impacting our bottom line, we wanted to continue this tradition. This year, we provided a continental-style breakfast featuring Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit sandwiches, fresh fruit, and several additional items from a local warehouse store. Chick-fil-A delivered our food promptly, complete with all necessary utensils and serving supplies. A special thank-you to William, our delivery driver, who was exceptionally patient and kind. When I asked about signing the receipt and adding a tip, he explained that Chick-fil-A doesn’t process tips—but his excellent service deserves recognition. We want to express our appreciation to the Washington Township Chick-fil-A, operated by Marla Davis, as well as her Centerville (Cornerstone area) location. As a local Centerville resident, I find both restaurants are consistently efficient, and their employees are always friendly and professional. We highly recommend Marla Davis’s Chick-fil-A locations for any catering needs or any Chic-fil-A craving.“

“Today was my first time in here, and I CAN tell you it was nothing BUT AMAZING! I am not so sure of the young lady’s name but she had black hair with a blue sweatshirt on and big lashes (LOL). I had noticed she was catering to the whole place with about 15-20 full tables some having up to 8+ people. There was NEVER NOT a smile on her face or empty drink in sight! Everything was a 10/10!“

“I've been a fan of Skyline Chili for 50 years , and this location in Monroe, Ohio is very cool. The exterior is stone and well landscaped, and the interior is very clean and updated to feel cozy. Service was excellent. Quick service and piping hot 3 ways !“

“It has been a while since I was able to eat at Long John Silvers...or A&W, for that matter. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good it all tasted. The flavor or the fish is one-of-a-kind and unforgettably cravable. The chicken has a similar, but equally good flavor. I remember actively disliking hushpuppies when I was a kid. The hushpuppies that I had today were the first ones that I have ever had that I would search out again. They were wonderful.“

“Wasn't going to give many stars to Miamisburg Arby's service for one simple reason. Got home and found out that they forgot my large fries order. But that was as much my fault as theirs. You should always check if you got everything before leaving drive thru at any place before leaving. That said, the food there has always been fresh and delicious, as far as I'm concerned. They open at 10 am and it's a nice place to get fast food. All in all it's pretty good!“

“They are always nice, respectful, and they pay attention to my order because I am a picky eater so 99% of the time my food is made correctly. They make the best salads out of all the food places around Middletown. They have also been changing their 3rd frosty flavor every few months and they have all been amazing. I really like the Pineapple ? one they have right now and it smells amazing!“

“I love the food at Jersey Mike's. No matter the location food is always top quality. The store itself is clean and well-maintained. My wait wasn't too long so that was great. The two problems with this specific location are: the staff and handling of foods with allergies. I'm giving grace on these things because most of the workers were young and it seems liked the one guy was new. They were very loudly talking about various places they vacationed while also helping customers. Not a huge issue for me, but you could tell they were distracted by trying to carry the conversation on and help customers. As for my allergy, they handled it like every other shop - wiped down the machine and the areas around the line, they also put my bread on a different paper, and changed gloves. Where the issue happened was that the newer guy used the mayo that was on the line, which the knife was on non-gluten bread so cross contamination happened. This is just a good relearning moment on allergies for your staff. Every other Jersey Mike's uses the squeeze bottles for allergies. Not sure if this was just a new person who didn't know, but nobody else guided him to do anything differently.“

“I absolutely love Miamisburg Pizza Hut. I eat food from this location several days throughout the week on my lunch breaks. The General Manager, Adrianna and staff members Timmy and Matt, are always very friendly to me and treat me like royalty every time I call, place an order and carry-out from the Miamisburg location. All of the staff members at the Miamisburg Pizza Hut are fantastic at their job as well, even when they are extremely busy. “We have eaten at several local Hothead Restaurants, but Germantown is our favorite. The service is friendly and they have always been quick at keeping the line moving. We often use the pickup service and the food has been ready on time when we get there. Keep up the good work, Germantown Hot Head's!“

“We have two TB in equal distance from our house, when we want TB this one is the go to. If we’re near the other one and TB is the must we drive past it and out of the way to go here.
Food has always been fresh, and as ordered. Everyone in our family tweaks their order and this is the one place that consistently gets it right. To top it off they are friendly and polite. In today’s service industry this is hard to find-kudos to the staff here.

Side note- Taco Bell has gotten expensive!! I know everything is up but also shrinkflation needs to be evaluated! $20 for a value meal and a 5 pc nugget is ridiculous!“

“We got our to- go dinner at Springboro, Ohio Arby's while traveling. Food was the usual Arby's fare, and it was fine. We really enjoyed the easy camaraderie among the employees. After we placed our order and were waiting for our food, two young men each asked if we'd been helped, One inquired whether we were traveling, and asked where we were heading. They were just friendly, respectful employees who were on task with their jobs, but taking a moment to interact with us. It made our fast food experience much more enjoyable than usual.“
